Great folks, very pleasant and very detailed in explanation. Not to mention once they fix the issue, they retest for emissions so nothing left for you to do but order your renewal sticker. The price seemed a little high based on what I saw online but for what I received and the fact they give you a free loaner, I'm ok with the price. Would definitely go again although I hope it's a while before I need to. :-)

I figure any shop should be able to repair a car satisfactorily. The question is whether we feel like we got a fair deal, at a fair price, from people who are friendly, professional, and honest. I've had my car back 3 days and it performs as expected. Better yet, I still feel good about our interactions on the phone and in person. They are my new mechanic 😀

The service and customer care were outstanding! I highly recommend!!! I had difficulty with the emissions testing. I took my car to AACCEL emissions (across the street from the emission testing center in Joliet, illinois) and they got me in right away, maintained communication and fixed the car quickly. They even brought the car to the emissions testing center for me and the car passed. All this in 1.5 hours. Fantastic! I will go back!!!

I’ve brought my jeep to AACCEL more than a few times because i know when i need work done on my car, the team at AACCEL will take care of me and my vehicle. i’ve had work from emissions to suspension, and they knock it out of the park every time with quality work and communication. Crystal is amazing and so friendly, Craig is very friendly and knowledgeable along with the entire staff, i wish i knew their names to call them out individually. Great service here, would definitely suggest to a friend.

Do not go here unless you want more problems then you went in with. 5 star reviews are bribes to give you a cheap discount on your bill. Paid over 5 grand for work, much of which I didn't want done but they talked me out of what I NEEDED done, only to admit I need said work done upon releasing the vehicle to me. Their mechanics can't even put a radiator hose on correctly or plug back in every sensor they disconnect. Every week since I got my truck back I've found another issue by them. Now shotty valve cover work has my gasket leaking after 5 months, wiring harnesses put back wrong leaving them pressed against the hot engine....the list goes on and on...DONT GO HERE!!!

My car was having transmission problems so I got another transmission and I wanted them to swap it they did the swap in a timely manner I paid them for that $1520 then they couldn’t flash the used transmission so without telling me or calling me they swapped the computer from my original transmission into the used one charging me 632 dollars extra and it still didn’t work there and they pretty much told me to take It to the dealership avoid this shop if you have a vw Audi take it a european specialist that being said I have a cooling pump that is shorted out that is blowing a fuse and causing other codes that they figured out that the was the only helpful thing they did besides telling me to take it to the dealership . I also recently noticed the coolant light on and it was on before noticed the lower radiator hose was reinstalled incorrectly and loose

The first time I took my car to this shop I had already taken the car to multiple other shops in the area such as Steve’s auto and KD’s but none could figure out what was wrong.
