It stops at $85. Very inconvenient. It's not for my credit card as it only happens at this shell gas station. Not any other gas stations and this wasn't the first time.

I arrived at 5:20 Sunday 8/16, and the store is LOCKED. No one in sight and the number to the store rings busy. NO sign on the door saying closed. This isn’t the first time.

They do not take out-of-state IDs. I've been from Russia to Scandinavia, from Australia to South America, and been to all the contiguous 48 states; however, this is the only place to not accept my identification. It's a very special, very unpleasant gas station.

The old Iranian attendant(I don't know his name but that's his description) literally waited 5 minutes in the back to deny me my alcohol sale he's the literal definition of a dbag, even went to the register and was like "wellllllllllllllllllll................. It's 2" and yes he actually drew his response out until the clock flipped to 2am I get that you get paid minimum wage to work overnight and that but you chose to work this position, maybe you should be out at the counter and do your job instead of being that guy who just wants to mess with people I understand legally speaking he can't sell alcohol after 2am but to sit in the back and purposefully wait until it's after 2 to just have the satisfaction of saying no is the worst and I hope management genuinely does something about this

The car was didn’t work, I tried calling several times but line was busy so I went inside to get a refund and without hesitation they gave me a refund and sent me on my way. With great customer service I am happy, it definitely could’ve gone bad but the sweet lady working the counter took good care of me. Thank you.

RUN! The heavy set red head man is rude A F. Walked up at noon one day. Door locked. He's talking on the phone looking at me trying to open the door?!? Not even making this up. Once I tried to use the car wash and the whole drying unit fell on some guys car. I drive by 2 week later and it was hanging down AGAIN. How do they not get sued for that in Cali?

I am 21 and they would not accept my ID to buy tobacco. Said that they could not accept "vertical IDs." Woman was nice about it, but still a ridiculous and arbitrary policy (apparently a valid CA ID is not enough). On top of that, location is always filthy and poorly cared for. Will not be visiting again; I recommend the Shell down the street by Panera.

I would normally go to this gas station or other shell gas stations to buy cigs. Today when I went, their was a cashier named, BeeMan, who seemed alittle off. Today when I asked for my cigs and he went to grab them and as i showed him my ID he was quick to deny me, saying he wont accept my ID, that management told him he could no longer accept an ID with a red strip. This had sounded weird to me, so i left, and as doing so i took down a customer support number. As I was doing so, BeeMan thought it was important to write my license plate down. as if i had done anything wrong? .. Basically i went to another Shell gas station, telling them what happened and to see if what he was saying was true. The other Shell gas station accepted my ID without any issue, even telling me that what BeeMan had done was wrong, that its your Identification Card, and as long as it scans and gets accepted youre fine to go.. Even with a witness, who agrees, cant help but see this as a form of discrimination. Sad to say i wont be visiting this location anymore, because of this incident

AVOID AVOID AVOID. DO NOT COME HERE. THERE ARE BETTER GAS STATIONS NEARBY. Here's a nearby Chevron that is actually open during posted hours: 11095 Carmel Mountain Rd, San Diego, CA 92129 Do not come here at 5:50-6:30am. They will probably not be probably not be open. I've watched them consistently turn away hundreds of dollars in profits because they choose not to stay open for turnover. Other gas stations will gladly accept your money, regardless if they're doing shift change. The Chevron I listed above is open when these guys are closed. Don't trust the call button on the pump either. That also doesn't work or get a response. Since the call button doesn't work on the pump, just speculating here but I wouldn't be surprised if the Handicapped Button works. But it's not just limited to the morning. Afternoon I can't guarantee to be open either, for some reason during peak business hours they choose to take their breaks (sometimes smoking weed) Lastly, the phone number listed on this Shell doesn't work. The number has been disconnected. Look, you're a busy person or at the very least a picky person since you're reading this. Take your business elsewhere. This place sucks. These guys obviously don't care about their customers or their customers money. It's amazing this place hasn't gone under.

Garbage! I have stopped here 1/2 dozen times on the way to-from work. ALWAYS had an issue, no receipt paper, rude cashier, pump won’t take cards, pump is broke (no sign hung), Car wash broke down mid wash. AVOID! There’s about 2-3 within a block of this dump.

Rude workers, tap screen does not work and car wash does not shoot soap. Sometimes the air machine is broke also. Only positive is gas prices little cheaper than Chevron.

Don't use the remodeled car wash. The new car wash dryers are horrible and barely dry your car. Extremely disappointed such subpar dryers were installed when the car wash was remodeled. The top dryer isn't very wide, barely covers any surface area. The side dryers are worse, only 1" wide. My car had a lot more water left on it with the new dryers than the old ones. What a waste of money by Shell/7-11.

Since this Shell is near my home, I had high hopes when I saw that they were renovating the car wash. Before, the car wash was frequently out of soap and/or rinse agents. Unfortunately, the same is still true with the new wash - you pay for extras with the ultimate wash, but you just get water. I have complained several times, but they still don't fix it. They just give you another wash code for another water bath. In addition, they are frequently out of receipt paper on their gas pumps. Whoever is responsible for maintaining this Shell is doing a horrible job.

After the trip out east a car wash was needed. It was late so shell was convenient. A newer machine so I hoped for the best. $15 seemed high for a premium wash and I didn't see wax or rims. I did read undercarriage and that is not always good depending on your car. There is not a track to guide you here. I guess they hope you can find the small green yellow and red lights. Assuming the other colored lights in there don't indicate movement. Very difficult to read when your windshield is covered in soap and when there is no computer voice, beep, or any sound. The blower has a timer. It is out past the exit and nothing says that you pull up to the blower and that sign out there is the blower timer. Obviously, most is self-explanatory... can it explain why only half my car had water blown off. Lol. To top it off vacuum was out of order. Started as a gas wash and vacuum run. Ended up drying it myself, no vacuum, and they are not listed for upside. Which means no cash back. Good exterior wash just don't count on much more. The attendant at night is cool-kat.

Tonight at approximately 9:10 pm of February 4 Tuesday, a cashier name Fish went off talking loud and told me leave the front of the store because I was parked for a long time. Maybe I did for about 20 minutes because I was texting at home to know what to get in the convenience store. Fish was loud talking to me in public so I just went inside the store to do my business. He kept talking loud until I smelled a strong alcohol coming from his breath and his physique. I told him to calm down because my leg just went to sleep that’s why it took me awhile to get out of my car. I’m not sure if the store sells alcohol but if it does, then I don’t think someone drunk sells alcohol while working. I just think someone needs to talk to him.

Worker made innaproate comment on my appearance at 3:00pm on November 10th out the blue I was just trynna get some gas very rude I see similar reviews of rude workers. They talk very insane and it’s very obvious they have a attitude issue smh
