There woman works There She was very rude to me and my girlfriend Asking us why you too go Walmart Also went over what should spend Iam or my girlfriend never go there this gas station People attitude issues should be working at any store That leave your attitude issue at home Don't bring with you Restroom was work on That inside bath room saw no damage They don't want people use bathroom Because it's just for employees only I don't go to gas station Because black lady works there Don't say hi At least say hi to customers

Prices always up. NOT 24 Hours. Air pump over charges 2.50$ instead of 1.50$ like it says, it only works for 5 minutes. Air pump broken but still charges you 2.50$.

Terrible experience. I never come to shell because it's too expensive but my tire was going flat and I had to stop so it was either here or ARCO across the street and I knew I should've just gone to ARCO but came here instead because it looked busy and just felt a little safer (I was alone and it was like 1am). I parked at the air pump and got out to go ask the girl to turn the air on for me, but as I walked up to the door I noticed that it was locked and the only person working there was standing by the front of the store smoking and talking to someone. I asked her if she could simply turn the air on for me and she told me with an attitude that she's taking a break and that she won't go inside just to turn the air on for me. I asked when she'd be able to turn it on and she basically just kept insisting that she was on break and won't turn the air on until she's off of her break. I wasn't going to wait around for her and her punk attitude so I left and fixed my car issues elsewhere. Never coming back to this gas station.

The attendants are nice, but that's about all I can say about this place. The layout is weird, and it's not uncommon for cars to block the street access to Watt. And the car wash is a complete waste of money. All it does is move the dirt around, at best.

I came into this location and I filled up my car with gas. The prices are not reasonable to begin with, but unfortunately they are what I would expect to pay from a major gas station name like Shell. What was more unfortunate is when I was done filling up with expensive gas, I went inside and asked to use a restroom before I wanted to complete a purchase of other items in their mini store. I was told they do not have restrooms. I told him how unfortunate that must be to make him hold it for eight hours. I understand there are challenges with homeless people today, I understand there are challenges with people abusing property. However, service stations in other places of business need to make accommodations for their customers. I would not recommend coming back to this location ever again. If they can’t see their way to offer basic anticipated reasonable facilities for their customers, they don’t need my business!

Don’t use cash here. Either they can’t count or they are stealing from the public. Went in the pre pay for gas and a car wash. I gave the clerk 30$. He gave me the receipt with the code for the car wash. The car wash was nine dollars. He gave me $11 in gas. I was supposed to get $21 in gas. He then said that he was going to go and check the camera to see if it was $20 or $30. How could he tell this with a camera? He says it was $20. I know it was $30 I took 60$ out at the atm went directly to the gas station and gave him three $10 bills I did not stop anywhere. I did not get out of my car. I wanted to wait until they counted the register like they offered to do at first but then when I said yes, do it. They said they were gonna go look at the camera so the same person that is challenging me on how much money I gave him is the same person is going to go look at the camera. How do you think that turned out? They kept my money thieves that’s what I call him thieves. People are out here, working hard for their money and people are working just as hard to steal your money. Don’t go there and buy their gas cause they’re still any chance they get.

Car wash is great. However everytime I go there at least one pump isn't working and the attendant could care less. There's always unsavory characters hanging out begging for change or trying to wash your windows. My wife will not go there for anything as she doesn't feel safe. It's just become a headache so I've been going elsewhere for gas. I still use the car wash sometimes. Otherwise it's a pass on this shell for me.

I have never met lazier employees in my life. When you come at night they are always closed for a smoke break or using the restroom. When they are in the store they rolls their eyes and stomp as if you’re bothering them. It’s rare that I come here but I will absolutely NEVER come to this location again.

Worst Gas station I asked the African American who was working at the time to unlock the beer door and he looked at me and said theres a liquor store down the street and then got mad at me for asking him to do HIS JOB! Hope he gets fired ASAP !!!
