I work in one of the the numerous companies surrounding they area, grave yard shift, ended up going there and buying cigarettes between 2:50-3:00am. The lady, older lady with short hair, came out the back room and looked a little weird and as soon as she looked up, said, let me put some gloves on...I asked her for a pack of camel blues and she grabbed a pack, scanned it and threw it on the counter, not even setting it down, told me the price, and as soon as my card went through, she turned away and said "have a nice day." No receipt was mentions nor eye contact or any kinda of customer service. Always go there and this was the first time I've ever felt disrespected in such a hateful way 01-21-16 Between 2:50am and 3:00am is when the transaction and confrontation happened.

I go to the counter due to the pump not working. The guy looks at me like I'm stupid and simply tells me to go to another. I challenge the clerk why it wasn't and he simply said you can try again. So I pay the clerk to try again. Pump still doesn't work. Move to a new pump some time later, and when I go in to talk to the other clerk, she tells me that they are working on there pumps and many aren't working. Why didn't the first clerk tell me this. On top of all of that i was unable to get gas because they ran my card too many times. Hire employees that can assist customers, by not demeaning them, instead inform customers of issues that are widely known by staff.

Pumps not working.. no signage to tell you that. Gas dripped all over me from handle. Went inside and clerk said no regular pumps were working only premium pumps.. why didn’t he put signs up if he knew this??? I will never go there again.. clerk acted like he didn’t care at all... so disappointing..

I’m a monthly unlimited subscriber and considering canceling. This is by far the poorest quality car wash I’ve ever used. It fails to get dirt off the car, leaves lines of dirty water all over, etc. I highly recommend getting your car washed elsewhere.

The worst car wash in Boulder County and I have been to most. Save your money and go somewhere else. Doesn’t get your car clean at all. It’s like 2nd grader washed it. See photo for proof. Still large things of dirt on my fender.

This store is horrible. The clerk named lupe that i usually see when i come into this location is always rude and seems like she doesn't even want to be there. Ive been a customer here for a long time but i now go to another gas station because of the terrible customer service and constant change of cashiers.
