Great experience at Simon’s! Was driving on the 5 and our alternator belt jumped and was shredded so our car overheated, but we called Simon’s, got a tow, and they helped us out immediately! Ramon was extremely helpful, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and found the part we needed quickly and had it delivered ASAP! We were back on the road within 2 hours, highly recommend all the mechanics here! Very affordable too :)

My A/C broke down on a long drive in the middle of August. The shop was extremely generous to take a look at the issue 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday. The mechanics were very clear in expressing potential issues, as well as the solutions they were going to try. They were able to get my A/C back and running in a short time and at a fair price. For those of you with a longer wait, they also have a lovely waiting room with air conditioning and TV! Again, the amicability and hospitality of this shop cannot be overstated!

Ramon has the best customer service he listens to you and makes recommendations without being pushy. I took my 2007 scion tc for a ignition coil replacement. Ramon saw that the serpentine belt value cover and air filter needed to be replaced they took care of it. Good quality good price. I will definitely do business with this shop in the future. Only mechanic in town i go to. You will not find another honest mechanic like them. Every where else was quoting me 1500-2k to install all the new parts I bought for a used car, brakes and rotors front and back, all 4 struts, control arms and everything else that goes with front end suspension. I go to then and he quotes me a price to where I have to ask him did you include all the parts on the list? He says yes. I then go on to ask him why is it that everywhere else is quoting me twice as much. He says "they are billing you for labor on every single part, The way I look at it is I'm already talking this this and that off already so why would I double bang you for labor if its not true?" I tell him I'm sure once people realize that you probably get a lot of referrals too. Immediately he had a customer for life with me bc finding an honest mechanic that isn't going to make you feel like u have to take out a loan to fix your car is worth saving in my book!
