I decided to work with the mechanic Omari I was under the impression that this was a very reliable and fast service With great customer service mechanic due to the reviews that I have read, but I did not get that same experience. I called him to schedule a consultation 06/06/2025 and went over all my issues with him. I noticed on my first conversation that he seemed a little overwhelmed and busy at the moment, but he still came out to diagnose My vehicle and I was told that the issue will be resolved. He was gonna come up with a resolution. I tried calling back the next day in a few days after with getting no response I end up having to call him back off a different phone number And still didn’t answer which He end up accidentally butt, dialing me back So I called back again she seemed to have a attitude like I was a bother to his daily routine And he told me he still didn’t have a solution And he will call me back And I have yet to hear anything it’s now 06/12/2025 which is terrible customer service and I’m actually very Disappointed after thinking That he was reliable Mind you I already told him what I would like done I was trying to bring him my business for multiple vehicles and seems to be that he didn’t want To provide any services to Neither one of my vehicles Due to the lack of communication And never reaching back out so I would highly not recommend this company If it’s an issue that he couldn’t help me with Then that should’ve been stated and I shouldn’t have been ghosted Then he didn’t even have All the proper tools that he needed to even try to jump a battery which will be the jump box very unprofessional And I thought I was gonna get better results From this mechanic And the company Highly do not recommend ! Shouts out to simply auto quick response my tire blew before work I cut grass and do work on houses had 9 jobs to do and sure enough simply Auto came to my rescue in 20 min then had the tire off in five minutes took me up the street to find my tire in 7min and the tire only cost me $55 used the used tire spot took 20min to change the tire, then took me back to my car and put the tire on for me with in five minutes and put back on my bumper flash panel in 5min like this company is amazing! All in all I was able to do All of my jobs thanks Omari for your service with Simple Auto! Don't know what I would've done with out you.
