But this place is so welcoming and warm that you just want your car to act up just so you can go there :) Always great attitude, workers are full of jokes and very pleasant. Terrible customer service I received when entering the door. It took him almost 20 min. to even acknowledge me. There was only 1 customer in the store besides me and he completely ignored me cause I'm black. It was obvious..I just wanted an oil change and he told me it would take 4 hours. He said that just so I could get discouraged and leave. If you're black go somewhere else.

I went to another mechanic that wanted to charge me $3000 for a faulty turbo. I called Sky Lake and over the phone they gave me a quote for half price. After inspecting the car, they saw that my turbo was fine, and that they only needed to reconnect one cable. They did it on the spot, and I was on my way. There are so many bad and dishonest mechanics in Miami, and these people are honest, nice and fair priced. Thank you!

Professional service. They were very honest and affordable. I went there for the first time for an air conditioner fix. The owner checked my oil and brakes while I waited for Cody. I waited there until evening until Cody arrived. (This was my choice because I lived pretty far from location). Their waiting area was very clean. When Cody arrived at the shop, he immediately started to work on my vehicle. According to Cody, the dashboard needed to be stripped and a switch needed to be replaced. Being that this was an expensive job for an old vehicle and I NEEDED AC, he was able to find a cheaper alternative. I had no problems since then (2 months). I will definitely be going back there. Thanks guys.

This places is great with fair prices and quick service!!! The owners son is so kind. They stayed open a little extra on a Saturday to make sure my car was running. They only charged me for the service I needed and there was no up sell. I am a new car owner and have never had to take care of maitnence before. It is nice to known that I am not getting ripped off. I even did price checks and they were less expensive. AAA told me I needed a new battery and they told me mine was just fine so I saves several hundred dollars. I will be using these guys again!

These people will overcharge you for fixing your car. They charged me 769.80 for 6 ignition coils. On Amazon you can see they sell a pack of 6 for $128. I have heard from 3 other people familiar with cars and they all told me that price was incredibly high. The Manager told me he only uses the best parts and however even then it shouldn’t cost me 128 for each part. Do not trust them….Don’t make the same mistake I made. Shop around for quotes before you just put your trust in them.

Kobi and his team are great. Most importantly, he's honest and straightforward about what he would do if it were his car. He does not recommend anything that isn't necessary to fix the problem unless you ask him to. If he's unsure of the exact issue, he will tell you honestly, and will tell you the most cost effective stepwise way to troubleshoot and address it. He does not try to push you into unnecessary services, and the services he does perform are high quality, fast, and thorough. I was referred to him by a good friend, and now he's the only mechanic I use and trust-- I now live 35 min away, but will continue to use him as my primary mechanic for everything. Thanks Kobi!

Absolutely disappointed with this auto shop. If you want to get scammed for an insane amount of money, go ahead and visit these guys. They charged me $550 just to replace spark plugs—an outrageously overpriced service. But even worse, after the replacement, the “Check Engine” light issue was still there. A trustworthy shop would have at least tried to help or offer a solution. Instead, I ended up paying a crazy amount for unnecessary work, and my problem wasn’t even fixed. Now I have to find an honest mechanic who actually cares about solving customers’ issues rather than squeezing as much money as possible and tricking people into coming back for more pointless repairs.

A member of the local Jeep community recommended this shop. Every time I drove by and always saw Jeeps outside. So I figured they knew jeeps and they do!! They have helped me with everything from full suspension to air conditioner issues to minor cosmetic issues. Frankie and his guys are very helpful professional and fair!
