Special ordered parts I needed, took longer than I expected to get fixed , but that was because of the rare part they did not have in stock... otherwise they would have fixed it same day... for the parts and labor not overpriced at all... espically considering I was traveling and lacked the ability to fix the problem myself, or obtain the necessary replacement part for that matter.

I did not enjoy my experience here. I called before coming and spoke to manny. Once I came in the customer service was so bad. There was no communication and the man was extremely rude. I ended up leaving.

They need to have someone better to talked to customer they are very rude, or a better technician that know about ac system. today my wife went to the shop for ac problem with her car. The technician was very rude can't even answering my question, and don't know what he's doing. First he told my wife after he diagnosed the ac he said the compressor no good. When my wife call me I was on the phone with him, I asked him a simple question what cause the problem for the compressor not to work. He said because we leave in Florida the compressor work to much, and I asked him how much for the repair that's when he come with another problem. He need to change the condenser as well, what the condenser have to do with a compressor that's not working. Specially when my condenser not leaking any freon, I understand when you change a compressor all you have to do change the dryer as well for the job to have a better warranty, and vacuum the system for the system not to contaminating from moisture getting in the ac system when changing the compressor. If my condenser not leaking why chanting it, this guy trying to make more money or over charging my wife because she's a woman. Thanks God I have a little knowledge about ac, I don't recommend any body to go this shop, and they charge me $50.00 for diagnostic they not even deserve the 1 star I gave them.
