I was suppose to be upstate on Friday when my car broke down on the Whitestone Expressway & again on 150th st, a few several yards from the auto shop so Sonny came out and help me get my car to his shop and that's when I found out it was alternator and not the battery that went out of commission and he was able to fix it next day. I'm very grateful to him and just shop deserve more than five stars

I decided to try this mechanic for the first time this week and I was pleasantly surprised. I had a rear drive shaft replaced on my '08 Cayenne and Sony had it done in less than 2 hours. I tested the car on the highway and there were no vibrations or knocks. Problem solved.

My car overheated on a weekend when I was on the road. I was nervous and called few places including Slatch Auto, Sony answered my call and was very calm to instruct me what to do before bringing my car in to his store. After he diagnosed the problems of my car, he discussed my options and the choices I have before working on my car. He is a very honest man and my car is being fixed and runs smoothly. His fees are very fair and reasonable for fixing my 10 years old car with 110,000 miles. I am very pleased of his work and his team!
