I had my oil changed when this was still Strictland Bros and returned when I noticed oil on my driveway, learning then about the ownership change. The manager had his team inspect my vehicle and quickly resolved the problem at no charge - which is an incentive for me to return for my next oil change!

They broke my filter housing …my car never uses oil an I never have to .I work hard for my money an I been going there for 8 years new owners 3 monthes ago an thy ..didn’t come in until they were finished to tell me. It was broke..I feel if it wasn’t broke by them they would have came in earlier an told me what was going own ..I’m sure that business want last no time!!!!!!!!! Please save your time an don’t go there my 9 year old grandson can work better than that. ..thanks. Theresa. Sorry about that but as I was outside typing this chuckle the manager came out an he made it right that will b my place to go forever..the nices guy in the word ..he got my car fixed an won me back to work on my car forever..they r great …nobody can do any better..,,thank everyone theresa. I had my oil changed.. Quick very professional. A little pricy but the service was exceptional. All the free extras are a plus. 17 pt inspection, check fluids and top off if needed, clean windshield and vacuum inside just to name a few. I will go back!

Mike and his crew were great! We run a business next door to them and we used to use another great mechanic named Mike but he decided to close his business and do something else. There was another company that bought it and they were not like Mike! So we decided to go elsewhere. However we noticed Snappy Lube had purchased them and decided to try them. What a great experience and price...give this place a try! You wont be disappointed

I was impressed with the Customer Service and professional attitude of the employees. This was a last minute decision to go there. We were going on a trip to Texas that day. My son was unable to change the oil the day before as planned. We were taking care of quickly at a good price. I definitely recommend this location. It was easy to find. After 5000 miles I will return for another oil change. They also have a cool and comfortable waiting area.

I asked for a cooling system flush aka radiator service which is clearly advertised on the website. I drove an hour and when I got there they told me they didn't offer this service. Please remove it from your website if you don't provide this service. I wasted time and money driving here. The employees seemed friendly and the place looked organized otherwise.

I told them to use conventional oil for the oil change and while checking out they said they used synthetic at a substantially higher rate. They acknowledged me telling them conventional but didn’t care and required me to pay the higher rate. Dishonest customer service. Not recommended
