Came here to get an outside only wash, for the most part they did really good, for the price im satisfied with the wash i got my truck was really dirty and they did really good on it here. The only thing is i feel the final wipe down could have been a bit better, but hey, they did great anyway, so yeah. Would definitely recommend 👍

I came in for an inspection. They do give free vacuum and wash with inspection like others. They also have a place for kids to play while you wait. Which is great!! I didn't bring my kids, because I didn't know how long it would be and did not know they had a small play area. The service was good. Everyone was friendly as soon as I pulled in. They have coffee, filtered water and donuts for their guests. It was actually a very peaceful place considering it to be a carwash and a Saturday. They were efficient and timely.

Terrible job! I paid 60 dollar for a hand wash and it came out horrible. Car isnt even clean look like it went through a rinse wash only! Starting to feel if you dont pay for the extras they do a bad job! 2nd time this happened. Wont return or reload my card

I’ve been a regular customer here for over 2 years, but unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill. Every time I visit now, the person at the counter keeps pushing me to buy expensive gift cards or memberships, and when I politely decline, he becomes rude and dismissive. It’s disappointing — I used to love coming here, but the experience has become uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope management looks into this and brings back the good customer service that made this place worth visiting in the first place.

First time at this location, and to sum up my experience, I was left a bit disappointed. As you can see in the picture, my suv is a beautiful red color, and I took it to Jeff's for a full bumper to bumper detail service costing $450. When I arrived, the agent who took my request worked to upsell me a gift card for $500 good for all their locations, and in return, my detail service would be free. I jumped on that as it seemed like an amazing deal. For this amount of money, I was expecting exceptional care and service. When i arrived hours later to pick up my car, at first glance, everything looked shiny and clean, but upon a close inspection, I found that several corners had been cut. The front and rear silver trim pieces were still dirty enough that when I ran my finger over them, black dirt came off. Then I went and checked my wheels and found the same thing. For $450 and a claim of bumper to bumper showroom quality clean, you better hold up your end of the deal. I will not be back to this location. Trust is given the first time, but once squandered, it's over with me.

6 years ago I have rated them 5 stars. They have gone downhill quite a lot since then. Paid $45 and here are the results. The salesgirl was very friendly. The exterior was fairly well cleaned by the machine. The interior was very very poorly cleaned. In the interior the only part that was somewhat decently cleaned was were the mats which seemed to have been power washed. Everything else was really poorly cleaned. Any liquid spot were left there and nothing else seems to have been vacuumed. For a mid tier package of $45, the job they did is worth $15. Let's face it, to wash a car in an automated machine, wipe it down, and then power wash mats is not worth $45. Pictures of the interior included. At this point I recommend avoiding this place or sticking to getting only exterior wash. Update: After checking the exterior more closely, I found it was very poorly done as well. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Lowered from 2 stars to 1star.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Have four cars and I am a regular there mostly due to their proximity locational. Their quality has definitely gone down. For $18 you don’t even get appropriate hand drying and you leave the place dripping water, dirty windows, dirty tires. Overall disappointing experience. When we attempt to speak to their manager, we got blown off.

Back on March 19th they put my truck through the Wash and Wax cycle. The truck came out with damage to the paint. Upon complaining the attendant tried to ignore what I was showing him on my vehicle by pointing to other vehicles. He reluctantly gave me a complaint form which I filled out. The form said get two estimates and they would be in contact in within 10 days. The estimates show $600 to buff out the chemical damage to my truck. I'd post pictures here if I could. No one ever attempted to contacted me. The district manager contacted me by email after complaining on their website contact page. He's never contacted me again in spite of my intent to resolve this issue. It seems that their belief is to ignore your problem long enough and it will go away. It is now May 2nd and no contact, no discussion, no caring by them to reach out, no desire by them to resolve the issue, no response to my request for an update. They are all about money as they pester you to add more to your card every time you show up. If you use them and have no damage, fine. But if you end up with damage you'll eat it.

XX - SAVE YOUR CAR - XX. I was a regular client used to get the prepaid card for this place, bought it for around 500 $, might still have money in my card but not going back there. Place looked good at first, but later, I experienced very bad customer service and handling of my car - very bad employees, trusting them with your car will be a mistake. They don't speak or understand English. I asked for car wash, vacuum, and seat conditioning from the menu they charged for same. But they didn't do seat conditioning. When I pointed out that they didn't do it. they were mad as it was closing time. They did it, but to make me suffer, they removed/ robbed my car rack holder cover from one side. I trusted them with my car. I have to go and buy that rack holder cover now, which might cost me more than the car wash. I am planning to report them to cops and also will never go again to that place.

Came here recently for the nearly $200 detailing package and the detailing came out great, but we noticed there was a small piece of our vehicle missing after the wash. Called in early last week to ask if the piece was found in the car wash machine and was asked if I could call back the next day in the morning (when the owner was in). Called in the next day and was told that they would check the car wash and call me back within 30 minutes. Never heard back from them...

Jose, Josue (Shorty) and the Team did an outstanding job bringing my car back to life! Their service is very professional, sociable and welcoming! My car looked like it had been hit by a hurricane but the Team here made it look brand new again! Highly recommended! Stop by and see these guys! Jesenia is a super champ! She worked so hard in this heat to get all the stains on the seats out, I have 3 young daughters that love to be kids! 😂but Jesenia left my seats and interior looking, smelling new! I brought her some water and gave her a nice tip. She deserves that and more!! Well worth the price and time it took! Will be coming back to see yall!

For years I have gotten the 24.95 car wash. This time, however, they would not sell that one to me. They said it was for members only. They would only offer the $39.95 wash. I have noticed a persistent increase in up sales pressure from their employees. Congratulations, Soapy Jeff just lost a customer. I will be going to Carnation from now on.

I’ve been a customer for about 3 years. This place has gone downhill bad for the last year. Customer service still the same, but the product they deliver has become a poor value. I stopped going for about six months and came back this week to get their most expensive detail which is $245. I gave them my concerns about my previous experiences and they assured me it would be brand new clean and they would personally make sure my concerns were met—just make sure the lettering on the vehicle was cleaned. Gave it to them from 9am until 5pm. Picked it up and same. I felt bad not leaving a tip but told them they didn’t meet expectations. Will not be returning. Even though I still have $500 prepaid on the card. For their most expensive “detail” at $245 customers expect better.

They did an amazing job on the interior of my car. It was trashed. They even went ahead and handwashed the outside because the car has a spoiler and can't be run through the automatic wash. The made the interior look and smell like a new car. Save your $ and treat yourself. Get the $160 interior package. Took 1.5 hrs. We'll worth it.

I’ve been here multiple times and unfortunately the pricing is very inconsistent. The first time I paid $10 for plastic/rubber mats, the second time it was $15, and the third time it went up to $20. The constant price changes are frustrating and make it hard to trust what you’ll be charged. Also, I strongly do NOT recommend paying extra for interior cleaning. It’s honestly a waste of money. The dashboards and cup holders never actually get cleaned — maybe a light vacuum and a quick wipe on the inside windows, but that’s about it. I’ve been told twice that my cup holders and dashboard were “really dirty” and that they would clean them if I paid extra, but the areas were still not properly cleaned afterward. Very disappointing experience overall. Transparency and quality service really need improvement.

On May 17, 2025 I brought my vehicle in and Russian, Jose T., Charlie, and the other Jose gave superior service and are extremely professional and very kind!!! Very happy every time I come here!! Very pleased with waiting area too! They explain fully and answered all my questions and give you an estimated time all you have asked for will be completed by so you know in advance. Their waiting area and bathrooms are extremely clean and comfortable to wait in. My coworkers always admire how wonderful my SUV looks and several have made offers to buy it including my boss! My vehicle was purchased in 2020 and I only bring it to Soapy Jeff’s in Richardson and I get my inspections here too as you get free wash and vacuum after the inspection to use whenever you want. Shout out to the guys that did such an awesome job
