Great reviews and wanted to use, but all car washes come with a fragrance that gets put into your vents during the car wash. That is an absolute no-go for me. Please add an option to opt out of that.

The manager Ray at the location located at 190 Elm St, Enfield, CT was so wonderful to deal with, he is very personable and caring to the customers. Goes out of his way to make each customer feel important. If you have a question or need assistance he helps and explains how the pay area works how to chose what you would like for your carwash. A real gentlemen. Thank you to Ray.

Best car wash in the area. The employee sprayed down the entire car with a prewash that other car washes just lazily splash on your hood and window, then used what I think was a bug and spot remover on the front end. They have the only working floor mat cleaner in the area that I know of.

Have checked out other car wash services in Enfield and this is the best. I have a black car and I get white dots on my car after I wash it at other places and I have to immediately wipe it off.. Such a painš This doesn't happen here. My car is clean and almost dry at the end with no dots..Makes my life a lot easier.... Plus they have vacuuming and free supplies that you can use if you forget yours. Now that is SERVICE. I will definitely be back and support this company.

I usually have a good experience with the car wash but this time my car looks the same as when I went in and also in the middle it felt like my car was being pushed against the side rails and my brand new tires look like they were rubbing against something.

Id give you a zero if I could. System never worked, their plate reader is illiterate. Continued billing me for several months even after multiple attempts to cancel this service. Still trying to get a hold of them but clearly the phone is too complicated. Update: I received a random credit totalling less than 25% of what i was charged for, pursuing litigation.

This is the best car wash around! š§¼Iāve been going since they opened but today I had amazing customer service when I was cleaning out my car. They provide spray bottles and rags for their customers to use as well. Much better and way more gentle on your car than the other car wash down the road (who broke my back windshield wiper and told me they didnāt do it and wonāt help me with fixing it)ā¦

I just moved to town and the guys working here were so incredibly nice and helpful! I had bugs on my car from driving cross country and they scrubbed and offered for me to go through again if the bugs werenāt all off. There were still bugs as theyāre very difficult to get off, but most were gone, I didnt go through it again by choice. Very nice employees!

I didn't get the experience everyone else seems to have gotten. My car had dirt spots on it after, didn't look much cleaner, the only thing sparkling was the roof. I didn't want to go talk to them about it, because I had trouble aligning into the car wash entry and the guys there were so rude and eye rolling about the few minutes it took me to reposition - certainly didn't make me or my anxiety feel better. When I went as a support for my bestie through Golden Nozzle and she had the same problem aligning and repositioning, the workers there were super encouraging and sweet about it. I had only gone here because the reviews seemed good for a new place, but after my experience, I think I'll stick with my local Golden Nozzle.

Great car wash friendly people. It great that car gets a really good rinse off before entering. The vacuums are very powerful and free drying towels that get washed and dried on site so they stay clean.

Me and my son whoās nonverbal come to the car wash every day to get our car washed and my son enjoys the lollipops which my dog enjoys the doggie treats we never had a problem for a whole year. You guys keep switching people that works here today The gentleman did not put the right vehicle in and a lot of stuff from the back of my truck broke off. Iām very upset about this situation. I submitted an incident report with a gentleman I usually see whoās an awesome worker. I believe the site manager is new. He came over did not say anything, and he was the one who potentially scratched up my truck. Again, weāve had a membership for over a year love coming in here. The two young ladies and a young Spanish guy are awesome. They need to get promotions, but the other dude needs to pay A little more attention to whatās going on I have to wait for you guys to do an accident report to get my truck back in order which I use my truck for work so now thatās gonna slow me down right before Christmas thank you
