The guys were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. 4" lift with new wheels and tires on my aging 1993 F-150 and looks like a new truck. Didn't even bother checking other shops after talking to these guys - they know their craft and it shows. 5-stars all around.

Recently came in not knowing exactly what I needed for my 05 Nissan suspension.. Loved how much time the employees gave me to ask questions and go over options. With new shocks, wheels and tires, and a wheel alignment; I can not be happier with the way my car drives now. These men and women are so welcoming and a fun group to hang out with while they fixed up my ride :) Thanks SoCal!!

Brought my Ford Raptor here to have a new Eibach leveling coilover, have the leaf springs re-arched, and add-a-leaf in the rear. Excellent service and amazing quality install. Communicated with me throughout the whole process and made sure to do exactly what I needed. Install price was great, and the service time was quick and easy. Saw how good thier reviews were online, and drove from all the way down from Oceanside. Definitely live up to the hype and cannot complain at all with the overall experience. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking for suspension work done on their vehicle. Thanks again guys!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED COILOVER INSTALLATION. I brought my 2010 BMW 328i here on August 7, 2025 for suspension work, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Right after the install, the ride height was wrong, the alignment was off, and the car rode terribly. It honestly felt like the car was going to fall apart every time I hit a bump. There was a loud rattling noise, and the overall handling was unsafe. I called the shop the next day and was told to bring it back on August 11. At that visit, I pointed out that the rear coil spring was installed incorrectly, and I even showed photos of exactly what was wrong. Despite that, the issue still wasn’t fixed. During an oil change at Naval Base San Diego, with the car on a lift, I could clearly see the suspension work was still done wrong. Even worse, because the spring wasn’t correctly seated and secured, it could have popped out while driving, which could have caused a major accident. That’s beyond poor workmanship — that’s a serious safety hazard. So disappointed. Their incorrect installation also caused excessive stress on the wheel bearing, eventually leading the axle to lock to the wheel hub. I had to pay over $2,600 in repairs to fix the damage caused by this shop. I also texted them about a missing coil spring perch. They said they couldn’t find it — I told them it was never removed, which is why they couldn’t locate it. They told me I could bring the car back again, but after two failed attempts, I didn’t feel safe returning. The person working on my car was clearly inexperienced and not qualified to be doing suspension installs. What made it worse — the owner told me he didn’t want to do business with me anymore, even though all I wanted was to get the issue corrected. I wasn’t being difficult — I just wanted my car to be safe and drive properly. October 01, 2025. Thankfully, I found a professional shop that fixed everything. Once they properly adjusted the preload and reinstalled everything the right way, the car now rides better than factory — smooth, solid, and safe. This SoCal Suspension shop is not professional. They clearly don't know how to install coilovers, set preload, or properly align a car. No attention to safety. No accountability. No skill. If you value your car — and more importantly, your safety — do not take your vehicle here. Go to a real shop that knows what they’re doing.

Impressive auto specialty shop with superb mechanics and extremely helpful management that guided me in changing our 2008 Acura MDX Active Suspension to a fixed setting system (since Acura no longer supported the Active system with parts). Everything was done as promised and on schedule, at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend this team for any vehicle suspension needs.

Highly recommended. These guys went above and beyond for me. Shoutout to Wayne and Chris. They took care of me. I had recently purchased and installed a Dirt King 2.0 mid travel kit on my Tacoma. I did the work myself and had recently got some new wheels and tires installed at a local tire shop as well. The tire shop could not get my wheels aligned how i wanted, even after a couple attempts. My truck was still pulling to the right. A few days after everything was installed i started noticing a weird clunking noise coming from the rear end. For the life of me i couldn't figure out what was causing the noise even after i had re-checked and retorqued everything, so i called up SoCal Suspension and scheduled a wheel alignment and a nut and bolt check. I dropped my truck off in the morning and didn't hear from them till later in the day. Thought that was kind of weird to take so long for a simple alignment and nut and bolt check. Turns out they spent all day tracking down the source of this clunking noise for me. They even called up Dirt King and Nick from Dirt King came out to the shop to help assess the issue. Apparently the issue was caused by the orientation of the nitrogen valves screws on the shocks i had received. They where in a weird location and they where rubbing on the frame and they came loose and all the nitrogen was purged from the shocks. So the shocks where essentially blown out and that's what was causing the clunking noise. In addition to that, during the alignment process it was discovered that my alignment sensors where not recalibrated, apparently this is something that can sometimes happen when you lift the truck. Also this was something that the tire shop who had done the original alignment had no idea about. Lucky for me SoCal Suspension was thorough and has experience with these sorts of things. So in the end SoCal Suspension and Dirt King both went above and beyond here. SoCal Suspension only charged me for the alignment and the sensor recalibration. On top of that, Dirt King provided 2 new shocks at no charge to me and paid for the extra labor that went into tracking down this issue. Again, i am more than pleased and will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone looking to have suspension work done on their truck. My truck is finally dialed in and riding smoothly. I will definitely be bringing my truck in later down the line when i decide to upgrade.

2 inch lift on the minivan! SoCal suspension did a great job installing the lift kit and kept me up-to-date on their progress. The price was very fair, especially after calling some of the other companies in town. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Did an amazing job on my 4runner couldn’t be happier with the work. They beat the pricing of every other shop I’d talked to for the exact same parts by over 1k per shop (some even more). Highly recommend this place.

* Just completed my final test drive on my vehicle - 1992 Chevy S10 Custom Blazer. So Cal came highly recommended threwout the city from multiple custom car shops.. Online reviews were great as well... My car was a complete lowering, high-quality shocks, and spindles. Eric and his entire crew were flawless.Pleasant to work with and explained and listened to all my wants and concerns. Craftsmanship, Knowledge and an attention to detail were unmeasureable, not to mention, So. Cal also has outstanding pricing on quality work and parts. The final test drive was today, a completely smooth, low height ride,THUMBS UP SO CAL SUSPENSION, on a job well done ! Mr. Brooks

These guys are the best. They transformed an old Scout to a truck I can take out and really rip. Everyone there is great. I went in there not sure of what I really needed and Eric offered a couple ideas and in a week or so it was done. Took it out and not a single issue. I'm sure there are shops that would have offered a quote for the sky. You can tell these guys actually care about the finished product and customer satisfaction vs. how much they can sell you.

I hate to leave a bad review for this place but I'm very disappointed in what I was charged for an alignment I received. I called several shops asking about an alignment with heim upper control arms, but kept getting told "we can't do that." SoCal Suspension quoted 2-3 hours labor at $150/hr which I was not thrilled about, but I figured buy once cry once since the uppers are locked in once set up. When I picked the truck up I failed to inspect the work, as I was in a rush to get back home. On the way home it drove fine, actually better than it had since I bought it about a year ago. When I got home I parked it for several weeks as it's really only used on the occasional weekend. Last week while prepping for a trip I noticed that between the two uppers there were two crooked heims and a loose jamb nut, which incidentally is how I left them when I installed them. I can't prove they weren't adjusted, but if they were, $450 to come back with crooked heims and a loose jamb nut is insane. And if they weren't adjusted, this was a standard alignment and $450 is also insane. The passenger side tie rod jamb nut was also loose. I had installed adjustable camber bolts before taking it in and set my lower control arms for better wheel clearance, and now saw that the lowers had been adjusted. To their credit I didn't say "don't touch the lowers," but my assumption based on our conversation and the labor estimate was that they would at least try to adjust via uppers. There is now barely enough room for my stock front tires to clear the back of the fender liner. I'm sure these guys are great at suspension installs, but if you've already got the parts on and just need the setup refined I would look elsewhere.
