Russell took care of our problems. They are polite and friendly. We got a discount for veterans. The work was quick and they made sure we knew what to look for in case other problems came up. We got air conditioner recharged, battery replaced and a turn signal light bulb replaced.

The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. Very trustworthy and helpful! Kind and honest are not words often used to describe mechanics especially in auto repair. These people definitely are both!

Great Experience. 4 New tires. Told me it would take 2 hours. 1 and 15 minutes later it was ready. The Team is super professional and friendly. Clearly they have great leadership. Quoted 3 places and they were also best price. Going back for an oil change in a few weeks. 5 Stars all the way around.

These guys are amazing ! They fixed my Mercedes with the same brand parts for half the price of the dealership. Not to mention, they were so nice and honest. And they also kept me up to date as the work was being done. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Had a PPI from a mechanic closer to where I bought the truck. Brought it to Solo for the recommended repairs and they did the necessary repairs and found some of the other mechanics recommendations to be unnecessary and save me some money there. Would definitely use them again.

We took the jeep in to replace the fender liners and flares, because who wants to do that outside in the sun, without a lift!! Very nice shop, super clean. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable. He has a very good selection of tools in the shop and everything is meticulously organized. The shop fees are reasonable. We went over our scheduled time for the work we did, and he kept the shop open until we finished without hesitation. 10/10 would recommend! Online booking, and a great tidy shop helped make this job a little easier!

SoloTech did a great job on my Ford F150. From the oil change, to rear axle service and complete vehicle safety inspection, before going on my 4k mile trip. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any and all automotive repairs. Thank you Eric, Russ and Jim. Great job as always. Dave A.

While traveling between states for the holidays, I ran into AC compressor issues with my truck and had a hard time finding a shop that was open around Christmas. I called a handful of repair shops in the area and SoloTech Autoworks was the only place where a real person answered the phone (most others were closed or had automated voicemails and never returned my call). SoloTech got me scheduled soon after Christmas and completed the repair extremely fast (within a day). They gave me a 3-year warranty on parts and stated they would ship replacement parts out of state, if needed. Military-friendly with discounts. Excellent service and highly recommended!

While the work was performed as requested, I doubt that they were honest with me. They added on the requested order and never showed it explained what it was. Nor did they show me ALL of the parts requested. They said the took it for a test drive, but when I picked my car up for the clutch repair, I stalled it 3 times getting out of the lot. I thought it was because of the new clutch. Turns out I could not get it in first gear. I took it back, for another day and they adjusted the clutch cable. No way they took it for a test drive. To the owners I say, please be honest, your work should speak for itself... Update: Eric the owner did contact me, he apologized and addressed my concerns. I'm glad they took the time to let me know that they were listening. Thank you Eric

Top notch service at Solotech in West Melbourne FL! Mr Russ/Service Advisor, is very helpful when making appointments & returns calls within minutes. Mr Jim/mechanic, is highly qualified and did all brakes on my older vehicle. I appreciate their honesty and work ethic. Hard to find garages where you can leave your car and trust them. THIS is the place! I made an appt for my son to go there on his own for an oil change and he was well taken care of too. We now take all 3 of our vehicles to Solotech. A+++ Mr Eric is the owner and he too is a pleasure to work with. We’ve been customers for just over a year. 😊

Premium prices without the premium service. I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was a minor oil leak from my oil pan; it was easy enough to make an appointment and the front staff where polite. Unfortunately that is the only good things I can say. They informed me that it was a oil leak from my timing plate and quoted me $1,400. Thats $100 max for the part and ~$150 an hr for the labor. They also said they offered a $160 de-greasing clean with UV oil inspection. I payed for the de-greasing clean and UV oil inspection and was disappointed when I came to pick up my vehicle that they had no pictures of the cleaning that they said they did and there was no odor of de-greaser which usually has a pungent distinct smell. But most disappointantly when I took my vehicle to another shop in town to have it inspected they told me that they could find no evidence of the UV dye and that the leak in question was negligent and/or within normal limits, and in fact a major repair has the potential to make things worse.

Great service. I had an oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid flush. Service was done on time. They completed a full inspection and found some future concerns, but they didn't try to force any unscheduled services on me. They wiped down the inside of the car. It was probably cleaner than when I gave it to them

My 2013 Ford Explorer was not working properly and was blowing hot air on passenger side and the proper cold air on driver side … the technician was an experienced Ford Explorer tech and immediately ran a Ford Forscan diagnostics routine and identified the initial problem and several other issues. I got a very reasonable quote and I was transported home via Uber. The repair was completed and tested for my initial concern and the two other issues were explained and quoted. I was picked at home by their Uber and will schedule another appointment to resolve the remaining issues! Outstanding service and above and beyond my expectations!

Eric’s and his team are the best at what they do. I have had brake jobs to brand new tire installed. No other place I would trust in Brevard county with my vehicles but SoloTech Autoworks.

Eric and his team did an excellent job. They found and fix the issue with my less-than-accurate description of the problem. They provided an honest service at a fair price. I am very satisfied with my experience with Solo Tech Auto works.

I originally took my Honda Civic Si to the dealership for a recall and rear wheel inspection due to a thumping sound. They told me my rear suspension was blown and the rear brakes needed replacement, but the cost was way more than I could afford. I brought it to SoloTech Autoworks for a second opinion, and they confirmed the same issues at a much more reasonable price. They also provided an alignment and even included a free oil change. The team was knowledgeable, honest, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back here!

"I had the car back in less than 24 hours!!!! Incredible fast, efficient, and in my opinion, affordable service!" After 3 day journey down the I-95 corridor from visiting family in New York and New Jersey, we arrived home in Melbourne Florida to find Jane’s 2011 Buick LaCrosse sedan dead as a doornail in our driveway. I had known the car needed a new battery, and with nearly 90,000 miles on the odometer, and still using the original factory brakes, knew a brake job was soon needed. I replaced the battery without any difficulty, but LaCrosse would still not turn over and start. After spending two days getting educated watching You Tube Videos depicting fixes for electrical problems on these computerized post-2010 automobiles, I proceeded to perform diagnostics on the car. I did every trick in the book to start the car to no avail. The only problem I found was a blown fuse for the ECM (Electronic Control Module). This was very likely the root of the problem, but what was the cause? I replaced the fuse and it immediately blew out! How do I further troubleshoot the circuit? A rather expensive computer diagnostic tool would be necessary. After researching auto repair shops in my area, one kind of caught my eye, SoloTech Auto Works in West Melbourne, about 7 1/2 miles away. They had very good reviews on Google! After meeting with Russ and Jim and discussing the problem, I decided to have the car towed to their shop and have them attempt to repair it. Jim went to work on the problem right away. The problem was indeed mysterious. Diagnostic tools revealed several electronic question marks. A blown 20 Amp fuse for the expensive Electronic Control Module was highlighted, but, why did it blow out? After troubleshooting the vehicles electronics system, Jim discovered that a wire under the fuse box feeding electricity to the suspect circuit with the blown fuse had not been properly installed, likely by the factory, and was no longer making contact. Jim attached the wire properly, replaced the fuse, cleared all the codes that had previously displayed trouble, and voila - the car cranked over and started without hesitation! Jim is a well versed automotive mechanic originally from Long Island New York. He has a good deal of experience with automotive electrical issues, as well as a qualified all-around auto mechanic. He has been with SoloTech for just over a year and his expertise is quite apparent. Starting problem resolved for a lot less cost than I had originally feared, I then had SoloTech replace the Rear Brake pads and Rotors that I knew were due to be replaced anyway. I had the car back in less than 24 hours!!!! Incredible fast, efficient, and in my opinion, affordable service! I am a retired automotive mechanic and service manager having been in the automotive and truck industry for over 50 years. I highly recommend SoloTech Autoworks Thank You Jim, Russ, and SoloTech for solving such a frustrating, elusive problem.

My first time. Received a flyer in the mail for Solotech. Needed to have the engine shield replaced on my 2019 Honda Civic. First phone call, answered by the owner Eric. Scheduled an appointment for three days later. Showed up and the place is clean and customer area is compact but functional. Owner Eric there to greet me. We discussed what I was doing and Eric quoted me a fair price. As it turned out, the parts, which I supplied were not a perfect replacement so the tech had to spend almost an hour longer than estimated to complete the work. (this is one of the main reasons many garages will not work with customer provided parts). None the less, the work was completed and SoloTech still honored the original price quote. A very pleasant surprise. I was very happy with the entire experience and even gave Eric an extra $20 cash to give to the tech for their additional efforts. A very professional operation and I will absolutely being working with SoloTech on future auto work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I’m extremely glad I found SoloTech AutoWorks, and Eric, the manager, was a big part of why. Before coming here, I went to another shop just up the road. They had me waiting nearly 45 minutes and never once came outside to inspect or drive my vehicle. They just printed an estimate without even looking at it. That didn’t sit right with me. At SoloTech, Eric immediately took the situation seriously. They drove the vehicle themselves, then put it up on the rack and performed a proper inspection. Afterward, Eric took the time to explain everything clearly—front and rear struts were worn, and the brakes needed attention. What stood out most was that he didn’t guess. He verified the problem first and explained it in a way that made sense. Eric was extremely helpful, professional, and respectful of both my time and the process. You can tell he cares about accuracy and honesty. I highly recommend SoloTech AutoWorks, and if you get the chance to work with Eric, you’ll be in good hands.
