I had a problem with Air Spring on the trailer. Call them, make sure they have the part and time. Truck spend there 8 hours !!!! Charged 250 for part that cost 168.74$. Okay. Emergency. Let it be. But in 6 hours truck stops again!!! They broke the house, and didn't connect it properly. BRAVO!!! GOOD JOB!!!

My first experience at somet was welcoming first with the guard in front then went into the office and met with Ingred which was extremely warming & beautiful & very clear about the paperwork she needed in order to get me to the next step, once she took down all my information I proceeded to the back of the yard & met with heelick the owner; he asked me what I was looking to do & was very attentive the mechanics were all nice and helpful, I def will be coming back to somet in the near future. Avoid this shop at all cost, these people will rip you off as much as they can. Douglass is the guy you wanna stay away from!!! He doesn’t wanna give you estimates and even if he does, he will charge you more than what he said, he charged me for the parts I brought in even after I pointed him that I had that part and they used that part he wouldn’t knock it off!

One of the last "do it all" truck shops around. --Drivers-- STOP saying they're expensive. You get what you pay for in this industry, and if you went & got cheap work done, you be sitting somewhere broke down complaining about the quality of the parts & work but not the price! This place is legendary and has even created some award winning show trucks! I busted up my old trailer bad on the BQK going to Queens. "Kiddie pool" pot holes will do what you'll see in my pictures. After the work was completed, the guys did a trailer alignment and replaced a bad tire for me. I couldn't be more pleased, and it was all done for right under 1,999 bucks. Check out the pictures. I'll definitely be back! The men truly are engineering masters, not mechanics.

I purchased two tire steer from them did alignment bill balance cost me $1200 Firestone some change after around 45 days 1 tire blew up. I am so lucky did not flip my truck. I called supervisor next day and tell them that’s what happened with me and he say we can’t do anything about it. You think that’s fair after 45 days your tires blow up like this.

Im going to rate them as very bad. I went to have the trailer inspected and it failed because supposedly the tires needed repair, even though my tires are brand new and were changed three weeks ago. Do you know what these crooks did? They put two pieces of metal on the tires, and it's no coincidence that both tires have the same metal in the same place. They did that so they could charge for the repair too.i don’t recommend 🙏
