They are not professional. They keep your car for days, weeks at a time. No permanent staff. They don’t take care of your car. They never call you, you have to constantly call them and there is always an excuse. They drive your car around outside of the shop. They get grease everywhere they don’t place protective mats on the carpet, they left soda and cups in my car. After taking my car to them my engine like came on they Felipe told me to take it somewhere else to get it checked. They spend more time talking to their friends, eating tacos not concerned with their customers time AT ALL . I would avoid this place period. Or you will constantly be taking your car back due to incompetent staff. The owner lets anyone work on your car even teenagers. The other mechanics don’t speak English and it’s hard to communicate with them. They take any customer but they dont work in a system. Very unprofessional.

They took two months to fix my car & made excuses every week that I would call them. I would call & they would tell me next week they would be finish with my car & when that following week would come they would say next week again. Very unprofessional ! After they gave me back my car, the next day it shut down on me and is not drivable. Please don’t go here, a waste of money & time !

Spark plugs done wrong one to loose other to tight causing misfires... had to re do them right... guy is not a real shop... just a handyman

Only 3 stars because the owner's attitude. The mechanic, don Pepe, was very patient and explained in detail what needed to be done and gave me an approximate cost for front brake, rotors and synthetic oil change so gets 5 STARS. The work was done in approximately one hour and the cost was $330 for front brake pads and rotors and full synthetic oil change. There is a little noise after the work was done so gotta go back and have them check the noise.

They know what they're doing. Absolutely great work. You want it fast & cheap? Take it somwhere else. You can't rush "quality" work. These guys are good and they deserve what they charge, which is quite fair, mind you. Highly recommend them.

I give this place a five star. With reading all the rumors of this shop and trying them out. It helps me see and realize that these bad reviews are opinions of customers who can not leave their vehicles with them. I have trusted this place and I continue to trust this place because my car needed so much work and even though it took a long time they still get the job done right. You never want to rush an one working on your car your life is in there hands so having patience this is the place to go. I knew the work they do is great because why else would a lot of people come to get help on their cars from them? There is so many shops in this city and town and I have gone to many and this place is by far the best work done on my car. They treat you like family as well. Wonderful people and very hard and dedicated workers. I am going to keep coming back and recommend them to anyone who is looking for work on their cars. God bless them and all they do for their customers. Thank you Son’s of Ramos for giving us your best. And driving my car around to make sure there is nothing wrong with it and we leave safe from your shop. You are all wonderful people, a great family, and amazing hard workers. Don’t judge them until you understand that taking time is better than rushing someone to work on your car. Safe is always better than sorry. So never rush a man who is trying to make your car live a longer life than expected.

🛑🚨🛑Went to have car checked Saturday never heard from them all day, over the phone he said they would be open sunday. Sunday came and they never opened. I had to call monday to get a update on vehicle. Said they were still working on it. Calls me and gives me price to fix ignition coil and spark plugs and a wire that was shorted out @ $320. The picture below is one of the wires found taped and in a protective cover.. 🤔

These people are not good with their time frame by weeks. They did a terrible job, I found a lot of loose bolts and i never had an oil leak in my truck until after they worked on it. I went back a mechanic said the owner wasn't there then minutes later the owner comes out.

Son of Ramos has been the most trustworthy mechanic shop I have ever found! I just went to get air in my tire but I left the shop with a rebuilt engine in my vehicle! My convertible top was fixed, and I even got help on the roadside in an emergency! The staff is always professional there -so now all of my vehicles are serviced at.Son of Ramos! Thanks you Son of Ramos! 🙏🏻
