It looks dirty and the restrooms are so as well. They don't allow you to take the shopping carts to the parking lot which makes no sense for a grocery store!

It's an overwhelming place. It is huge! It is not an easy shopping experience. I felt like I travelled back to the 80s and the same items were inside this store. I did find what I was looking for but I couldnt shop around for more.

Regular store but they don't allow shopping carts to go ahead and charge extra for someone to take the cart to your car so if you want to do big shopping be prepared oe go to another mall

Always well stocked store. Is one of the pricer grocery stores in Mexico but the meat y produce section can not be beat. This store carries everything a wal- mart has, y it is of better quality in most cases. Plus you can usually find help if you need some. In addition you will find check out to be faster. THEY have a nice pharmacy in this store---but it offers no generic medicines--however if you are looking for some hard to find medicine by its original producer--they probabley have it. Produce is usually very good plus they offer hardware y building supplies y pet supplies of good quality.

Great service and found everything I needed for my visit to Tijuana. However, I can't rate it 5 stars because I felt a little uncomfortable being followed by a security guard the hole time I was there, guess they found me suspicious when browsing the store while filling my kart 😒

Stopped in to grab some supplies for a road trip through baja to grab supplies. They have a great selection of groceries as well as pretty much everything you would expect to find at a place like target as well as a wide selection of beer and liquor. We stocked up on food, drinks, charcoal, disposal coolers and other essentials for beach camping. You can use a debit card or pay in cash (US dollars as well as pesos). Very safe shopping center.

Not the place for quick visits. Walked in to get a water bottle because I was dying of thirst but going there was a mistake. They didn't have the faster check out line open, forcing the people like me, who had very little items to either have to wait or leave to go somewhere else. Other than that the place is okay, just wish they would work a little faster or open the lane for people with little amount of items.

Good place to shop for specials. Only 2 things I felt needed attention.... 1.) Need to open up more registers when there's 5 people or more waiting in line. (2) I tipped the bagger a dollar and he responded with "we usually get tipped $2 or $3 dollars". Really? 😡

I have been there a few times and I love going shopping to this store. It has lots of good products that you can bring home like Laundry soap, Shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The only one thing I hate is customer Service, the cashiers are not friendly nor attentive other than that I love it there.

This is always one of my stops when traveling to Tijuana, they have a variety of Mexican snacks and drinks. Isn't ever crowded, but I will say they have you leave backpacks or large purses in a office where the attendant is never there so we end up having to wait ten or fifteen minutes to retrieve our things. It's not expensive, they have a large selection of electronics, clothes, skincare, snacks, poultry, dairy and more. Overall decent store.

The store is amazing but PLEASE DO NOT LOSE YOUR TICKET!!! It’s a hassle to get out of there you have to go to the office and file a complaint, and pay again. A process that should be 2 mins to resolve takes 45 mins.

This is my favorite grocery store to stop at when I go to Tijuana. They have a great selection of personal care items and snacks/drinks (which is what I go for). Two things that are different from the US (make note of this). 1) you have to check in your bags when you walk in! I brought a tote bag and had to check it in which was a literal weight off my shoulders. 2) you cannot take your cart into the alcohol aisle. I accidentally did that and was told not to. Just be aware and respect the rules.

Beauty, Travel and Discover
First time I have ever bought in this store. My review goes towards alcohol/licor. Not to mention the huge line, due to the Pandemic and social distancing. If you buy any licor be sure to open the box and/or check that all alarm tags have been removed. I purchased a tequila bottle as a gift. Never knowing the bottle had alarm sensors. This store has a designated security guard at the alcohol area...
I made my purchase and proceeded out of the Soriana store. No alarm sounded off. Well the day I had my flight back home and took the bottle out. I come to find there was a sensor. I tried calling but their phone number is off sending me to wrong caller ID. By that day I didn't even have a purchase receipt. I still went to the store were the security guard at the store didn't want to let me in, the security expected me to wait in line as everyone else to remove something that should have been their responsibility to remove. I got a bit annoyed and that's how they let me go in to have one of the cashier removed their sensor tags that don't even work when they are supposed to work. In general if you shop at this store check your merchandise for unremoved sensor tags.
