I’d like to share that I was very impressed with Jason’s professionalism!!! He greeted me outside his shop with a mask on, which that was a relief for me to see due to these uncertainty times!! Before he got into my vehicle he sprayed it down with Lysol and put a plastic wrap over steering wheel! He took my vehicle for a ride and heard what I had been hearing, A week prior I took my vehicle to another shop close by to his and they stated they could not find anything wrong or couldn’t hear what I was hearing 😢, clearly Jason heard it as soon as I pulled in, Jason replaced my rusty rotars that was causing the noise, and brakes under 2 hrs!! Noise is GONE!!!!! With this COVID-19 pandemic I do have to say I was scared to take my vehicle to get fixed, but seeing how Jason is taking this virus seriously and acted responsible I’m grateful to say He eased my fear about getting my car fixed there!! My Car is fixed and I can’t thank him enough!! Thank you Jason!!

Trying to find a mechanic who won’t discriminate for being female is a constant problem, here i surprisingly didn’t find that. Not only did they explain to me what the problem was in detail, but they had me in and out in no time. It wasn’t any of that ridiculous running in circles game of “i’ll have it this day done” and then a week later you still don’t have your car. The environment is very different than most shops, and i will be coming back. 10/10 recommend.

Honest and fair pricing. Excellent customer service and care. Highly recommend to all who need repairs done at a affordable rate and this guy actually cares about his customers and their cars which are used for transporting family and friends. Jason is an amazing and trustworthy person who dislikes other auto repair shops taking advantage of those who are less fortunate or inexperienced with auto repair. He actually showed me my old parts and explained things very thorough so that I knew just exactly what I was spending my money on.

Jason was great. Since his son took over I’ve noticed a HUGE decline in efficiency and honesty. My mother and I used to love this shop, but we’ve started taking our cars elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place. I brought my car in because warning lights were on. After paying $800, I picked up the car with the same lights still on. I ended up taking it somewhere else, where it was fixed properly for only $250. To make matters worse, they quoted one price and charged me more at the end without clear explanation. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional.

When Jason was running the place, I finally felt like I found a good, trustworthy mechanic. Now, not so much… I brought my vehicle in, not knowing he had passed down the place to a family member (found out after I got screwed). I was charged almost $1,200 for a power steering pump and brakes they never fixed. I brought the vehicle back there many times, and after a few months and many phone calls.. it was never resolved. Often times they wouldn’t answer the phone to me, because I’m pretty sure at that point they knew my #. I finally brought it to someone else, who fixed it the same day. But now, I’ve had to pay for it twice. Not ok! Also, when I brought it to the new person, I was informed that South Dartmouth Auto also didn’t replace half of the brake components that they had previously charged me for! This used to be a great place. Don’t let the old, good reviews fool you. Don’t go there!! Oh, and I just remembered this gem: They will now pressure you to pay cash or you can’t pick up your car.
