Great experience getting my oil changed - quick, polite, honest, very fair price & went the extra mile to check something that wasn’t part of my service to make me feel safe. Did not try to sell anything else - just provided terrific service. The manager even ran into the bathroom to grab me some paper towel so I could eat my muffin while waiting! I will return.

It is very hard for me to trust auto shops. My first experience with Meineke was the end of May 2025 for an inspection. I kept thinking about Meineke because of its cleanness and location. But when I walked through the door, I felt comfortable. From the time that I walked through the door, to the end of my transaction I was pleased. I just recently tried Meineke for a tire matter. And once again Meineke provided excellent service. From beginning to end, customer service, the employees, and the work performed, excellent. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

I came here to get an oil change and asked him to check the sound that my car was making. He said that my car had an exhaust leak and that it was gonna be over $1000 to fix it. I had gotten a second opinion and the other guy said it was only my flex pipe and it was only gonna cost $180. I don’t know if he was confused about what was going on with my car but I definitely saved money not going here to get my car fixed. I also asked for regular oil and they gave me synthetic blend which I did not ask for.

Satisfied. Not overly friendly or even pleasant greeting by older gentleman at apt time but tech who serviced my car and cashed me out was polite and pleasant. Seemed like a nice kid. Also. I witnessed an interaction between him (same kid) and another customer who spoke limited English. Tech was very patient and very respectful. His customer service skills were on point. I was there for a simple oil change. Done in very timely fashion. No complaints.

Nathan took such good care of my car. I went in for an oil change and he noticed that there was some rust where you would normally jack up the car. He showed me what he was talking about and let me know if I ever need to jack my car up to do it from the frame and not where the rust is. He prevented a lot of future damage to my car and I am so grateful for him. I am really impressed by the quality of service at this location.

i have used this shop before to my satisfaction. the last visit was very disapointing and i may not go back there. i asked the mechanic to check fluid levels and the tires and when i got the car back i noticed that the fluid levels were not checked and neither did the tires. it tool all of 10 mins to do my car. theybhave betrayed my trust, i will be looking for new shop for my cars

I am extremely disappointed in the service not only by this location but also from meineke customer service. I came here for an oil change and left with an oil LEAK. There was a puddle of oil under my car so I brought the car back to them and asked if something wasn’t done correctly because now my car is leaking oil. They went to check and said something about a washer but that they are now replacing the oil and will be out in a few minutes. He then comes back again and says actually I have a hairline crack in my oil pan right at the spot where the plug is tightened. I said I had no crack and no leak prior to coming here for the oil change, it must have been overtightened, to which I was told they don’t overtighten it and that these things just happen, and that it will cost over $850 to fix it but they can knock off a little labor to do me a favor. This issue HAPPENED UNDER THEIR CARE, a problem DIRECTLY linked to the spot they worked on for the oil change, this is NOT an unrelated location on the vehicle that just coincidentally had an issue arise. I was told my car isn’t a new vehicle so they can’t take responsibility for it. If their claim is that I do not have a new vehicle, where is a disclaimer that I sign before they do an oil change then saying any damage they cause to my vehicle I am responsible for because the car isn’t new? They were fine to take my money for the oil change, and my car may not be new but it is in good condition and there WAS NO LEAK OR CRACK BEFORE IT WAS IN THEIR HANDS. I let them know I would be calling customer service, to which that was a whole mess in itself. I called THREE times over THREE WEEKS and also spoke with management in their call center to which they only said they triage calls and I need to wait five business days to hear back but all three calls were marked as urgent so I will “definitely hear back”. The first call was on January 2nd and it is now January 20th and I have not heard back from corporate. I told them I went in for an oil change and now my car can’t even be driven. I don’t feel it’s ethical for an issue that they caused to land on the back of the customer, especially at a corporate place such as meineke. With all this being said, don’t come here thinking if an issue arises you have safety as a customer knowing they have a corporate number if a disagreement were to occur… because they will just make you explain the situation multiple times, need to open a new case number every time, and NEVER call you back even when three cases are all marked as urgent. Extremely disappointed with this situation, I ultimately got my vehicle fixed elsewhere since an oil change turned into not being able to use my vehicle for weeks, but at least I can share my experience here..
