Unreliable, slow service, wish I could give zero stars. During the inspection, said he needed to replace the breaks to pass. This scammer didn't realize we replaced the breaks a few days before to save money. He was going to charge us and not really replace the breaks because he knew they were good. Saw this guy ripping others off saying a break light was replaced when it wasn't. We were not going to be scammed, we took our car and left. Unfortunately, this place only wasted our time and we had to go somewhere else for the inspection.

I recommend this car shop to anyone who needs a reliable mechanic. I have taken my car here numerous times. They try to do everything they can to help out their customers, which I appreciate. They do not try to manipulate you or steal you out of your money which is essential. They’re sincere and straightforward, and honesty goes a long way with me. The only downside is that they do get a lot of clients, so it does sometimes make the job process a little long, and scheduling is a little tricky. Besides that, I think it’s a great place.

What an awesome place to take your car or truck. Staff are Friendly and helpful answer any questions you may have also took time to show me things about my truck that I didn't know that are very helpful prices are fair and no work is done until they explain why. Nice to deal with honest people who care about you. Customer service top notch would be happy to refer friends and family and I will never use another garage as long as they are in business. This is a good, honest family. I refuse to take any of my vehicles anywhere else. I don’t trust anyone else! Pop and his boys Aramis and Rafael are easy to communicate with, fairly priced and they don’t take advantage of women like me who don’t know anything about cars! Don't waste your time there,it used to be good but not anymore I got quite a few problems with the service quality last year, prices aren't reasonable according to the offered quality.I was told a price but I took my car to other shop and they fixed it for the half with more quality.

This place is a joke. I took my car there because the A/C stopped working and it had overheating issues. Dropped it off on a Monday and gave the keys to the owner and very specifically explained what the issues were. I noticed that he wrote my phone number on the key tag and the words “no A/C” and “overheats” . Two days went by and no one called me with any updates so I called there and I was told that the “boss was gonna have to call (me) back” well two more days go by and “the boss” never called me back NO ONE did! Friday I went in and asked what the status was on my car because I had been calling all week and had gotten no answers. They told me that my car was done and that it was just a loose clamp on my radiator hose and that I was losing coolant. They said that they tightened the clamp and filled up my coolant and that the car was good to go. They charged me $60. I get in my car and on my drive home I noticed that the A/c was still not working! So when I got home I called them back and spoke to the mechanic that supposedly “worked on” my car, he tells me that he was never told that the car had A/c issues or that it was overheating! He claims that he was told it was brought in for a leak!? I never once said that I thought it had a leak. No communication, with the customers or between themselves. They did absolutely nothing to fix my car and charged me $60. Don’t be fooled by all of the 4 and 5 star reviews, there is nothing professional about this place.

Great experience. I tried South Duke Auto because liked the review I read saying they don’t rip people/women off, and that seems to be true. I feel like I paid a fair price and they didn’t tell me anything extra was needed when I took it for back brakes. I got to pick it up same day, too. I’ll definitely be going back!
