Amazing costumer service! I took my truck here to get some work done on the rear end that was covered under the warranty. They took the time to explain the warranty process and estimated time it would take. It took a few days for them the get the approval to fix it from the warranty company but all the while they did great at communicating with me. Thanks guys great job!

Amazing service! We had a part of our car explode (not exaggerating) the Sunday before Labor day... And they had it fixed and ready for us before the end of the week! They showed me the part that was replaced and showed me what exactly happened! I highly recommend this shop and if we every need a transmission shop again we will be returning to them! Awesome experience! Very polite and professional over the phone when I scheduled to drop my vehicle off. They got it in the very next morning. Explained everything before I left and didn't charge anything to look at it even though my problem ended up not being transmission related. They politely recommended I take my vehicle to my normal mechanic to have it further diagnosed. I will recommend Hershey Bros. to anyone I know for transmission work and would definitely return if I would need their services. Great shop!

Took my car there for a diagnosis and a conductor plate change, they were unable to fully diagnose it but I said go ahead and do the conductor plate swap. I left them a note with very clear details on everything. They ignored my note, did not fix my transmission bracket which I requested, and even supplied them new bolts! I very clearly noted that the transmission was drained of SEVEN QUARTS OF FLUID. I got the car back home and looked at the receipt and it says only THREE QUARTS ADDED!! My transmission is now destroyed thanks to these “mechanics” When I called for an explanation they stated that they couldn’t add more than three quarts because the car was not running. This is completely FALSE, as I had just done exactly that weeks prior. Drained 7, added 7, engine off. If google allowed video reviews I would upload this exact scenario and PROVE IT. I was NOT WARNED that they only added THREE QUARTS OUT OF THE SEVEN! Leaving either me or the next mechanic to destroy the transmission once it was running again.They told me I am “fired as a customer” needless to say I will be in contact with my lawyer regarding this and will make sure everyone knows how useless this shop is. Edit: on top of everything, I look under the car and my 02 sensor wires are dangling. They BROKE them! Edit 2: PAN IS LEAKING LIKE CRAZY!!! These people are the worst I’ve ever seen touch my car. Edit 3: THE PILOT BUSHING IS LEAKING AS WELL!!! And they didn’t tighten a single pan bolt!! They didn’t even tighten the drain bolt

A totally awesome shop and experience. Everything was well explained and done professionally. Best part they were quicker than I could have ever imagined. From the initial inspection, to calling with the quote to completion of the transmission replacement was only 2 days. Just two days to get my van back with a transmission that has a 2 year, 50k mile warranty. What more can you ask for?
