I took my van in for new tires. They had the best prices in town for pretty good quality tires. Did a great job and were really nice! A week later my mom had a nail in her side wall that looked like an eye brow piercing. They took the nail out and did a soap/bubble test. No leak. Just superficial. Put air in the tires and sent us in our way. Being women, they could have easily taken advantage and told us to replace the tire but he was honest and in this economy it is VERY appreciated. I recommend this tire place for everyone. He even checked out the meaning of some sensors that were showing up on the dash, free of charge. These guys deserve metals. I will never go anywhere else. 10/10

Great place and good people’s at this facility. Angel is a young man that work on my car and he was a very fast and helpful guy when it came to the service of my car. The staff at the counter as well. I appreciate these guys. I felt like the price was too high for a used tire but when I did my research, it’s not. Also they use tires are like new tires. I fully recommend Doctor tires.

Called today 6/4/25 after 4p for a quote and Hispanic guy answered the phone asking to help me, and after I gave him my tire size he started speaking to another employee and casually hung up on me without calling back. Terrible customer service.

I had a great experience at Doctor Tire. Very prompt service to have a tire plugged after a nail was causing a slow leak. I was in & out in about 20 minutes and everyone was very professional! A gentleman employee also went out onto the street to guide me out of the garage to safely pull out onto busy S Prince Street when it was time to leave. I will def use them again if needed! And I highly recommend! The price was also very affordable & reasonable.

In town from out of state. Called Dr Tire at 12 needing a patch. I told them my situation and that I needed to get home today. Was told "bring it in would take them 15 minutes to do we are here til 2." Showed up at 1:15 and the techs were walking to their cars and said I could come in Monday. I called Mavis about 5 minutes away and was told they could get me in at 3:30. Or their store 15 minutes away could do it sooner. Went to store on Manhiem Pike. They took me right away. They had me out the door in an hour which I thought was fine. Come to find out their delivery truck blocked my truck in for 30 minutes. The service writer said "we would have had you done sooner if not for our delivery truck. This one is on us." A+ customer service. Clean waiting room with restrooms and tv. Plus they advised they are part of NTB and any work done would be warrantied at any location. If you value customer service don't waste your time with Dr Tire See photo first call at 12:06 when I told them I was coming in that day. Second call at 1:07 when I was on my way. There was no answer. I showed up at 1:15. Your guys were walking to their vehicles. They said "see you Monday" and rolled out. I never really got the chance to be your customer.

I’m very satisfied with the service. I took my car to another mechanic where it sat for almost three weeks before they informed me they couldn’t do the job. Daughter came home for thanksgiving, I noticed her tire was low. took it off and took it into Doctor Tire on a Saturday morning. They took me right away, no waiting, found the leak at a plug, I requested a used tire. They mounted it and I was on my way. Very, very nice guys to work with. My tires valves cover has been on my tires for over 2 years and they were stuck like no body's business. One of guy worked on them for a good 10-15 minutes and another guy put air and cover them back, then he says have a good day no need to pay. Im like really, these men were pleasant, helpful and wonderful. I still leave a $15 he put it right in the tip jar, although he was the one doing the hard work. Thank you! Good people still exist.

I went to Doctor Tire to potentially get 4 new brakes changed on my vehicle. They diagnose my problem and told me that I just need front brakes, rotors and sensors. Carlos showed me the damage done to the rotors before we proceeded with the next step. I agreed to proceed with the process and Carlos assured me that he'll have my vehicle fixed within an hour. I waited in the lobby and asked Shawn (one of the guys at the front desk) where I could get some coffee, he told me that there was a coffee spot down the street. (I ended up changing my mind because it was too cold) A few minutes later, he had made me a cup of coffee as I waited in the lobby. This small gesture made a huge difference because as we all know (waiting to get your car fixed isn't the most fun thing to do) My car was finished in less than an hour. I paid. I left. I will say that this was great customer service. I have a little knowledge about what goes on under the hood or under the car. This shop provided me with transparency and comfort! I will recommend them to anyone.
