I had gone over to South Green Automotive and the service was superb. I got there and I was prompted to come up to the front desk and give my name. I was asked whether or not i'd been there before in which I indicated yes and I indicated at the same time I had a Groupon. He took my keys they bought my car in for my oil change and within 15 minutes I was leaving. They asked about my Thanksgiving and where I worked and we started another conversation. They then wished me as I wished them a Happy Thanksgiving. Great service puts a smile on my face

Had my2011 dodge journey towed here. On Friday. I actually purchased the car from here. Picked it up on Tues. Quick check he knew what was wrong. I needed alternator,battery and belt.. But the only lateness is the warranty people was lil slow at responding but all is good. Have a few more thinking need to get right. I have the auto repair place. But they did pay for most of the work. JOE help me with the rest of the balance. I definitely appreciate that. Especially when ya car is ya income have to have it back as quick as possible. But I definitely got it back before other dealerships I have dealt with. SOUTH GREEN IS THE BEST RIGHT NOW. JOE i appreciate how u helped me out...

Had my 2008 mustang serviced here, got it back with more issues, told by Jorge I was a woman driver and must of done something else when I got the car back. After reviewing the work done, parts were missing, the harness was pinched and the transmission would need to be pulled back out to fix the issue, another 8 hrs of work to be done on their dime. Now the car was pulled in and I get attitude from James the service tech who explained it was a new tech that did the job, probably nervous and that's why the $1500 job was done incorrectly.... So words of advice...Go Somewhere else, their own employees are leaving for jobs elsewhere and you can't trust the work done when you leave it with them.

The work was fine, workers were nice enough. Took off two stars as I had a Groupon to cover my full synthetic oil change service and was charged an additional $15 for “extra oil” and sales tax. The tax whatever I guess even though no business has ever charged me sales tax on top of the Groupon that I already paid sales tax on. But I’ve gotten my oil changed in this vehicle multiple times with multiple different businesses and two of them through Groupon, and no one ever charged me an additional fee for extra oil before. Also waited over an hour for a simple oil change despite having an appointment at 8am when they opened because they didn’t make sure they had all the materials they needed prior to my appointment and had to go get them apparently. Update since the owner responded months later?: Hi so if that’s the case I think it would be good practice to increase the price to an amount you can afford to offer to your customers rather than surprise them with an additional charge on the day of service. It’s a bit strange to expect people to read through fine print on something as simple as a oil change or haircut coupon. I believe that’s likely why despite years of using Groupon for different services in various industries you are the first business to ever charge me separately for anything at the time of services rendered. Because it looks bad from a consumer standpoint and is frankly just bad business. Also I like how you just completely disregarded the part where it somehow took an hour to complete an oil change. I wasn’t expecting 10 min, I know it’s not valvoline. But I have changed oil before and it absolutely does not take more than 30 min, and that’s if you’re dragging your feet. You should take walk ins if having an appointment doesn’t guarantee timely service. Or you should make customers aware that their service may for some otherworldly reason take double the amount of time it would take any average functional person to complete.

First time customer came in for an oil change. I used a Groupon and made a same day appointment. I was able to be seen within a few hours of calling. I was in and out relatively quickly. I had a question about my engine light being on and needing it checked at a future date. Jorge I believe, came out and explained the future procedure, what it would entail- and the next steps towards my emission check. During the oil change- he did a complimentary quick systems check and narrowed down my emissions issuee. The receptionist was also very patient, kind and knowledgeable. The parking is a bit tight but the overall experience was smooth, personalized- and well worth it. I appreciate the people who made time to see me today and to give me knowledge and encouragement with my vehicle that needs work. God bless you- and keep being amazing!

They were able to get me in for an oil change on the same day. I’m sure I just was at the right place at the right time. But it speaks volumes as to how quickly they’re try to get you in. The service was way quicker than “Valvoline Drive Up”. The customer service was top notch. Everyone was cheerful and made me feel they were happy I was there. They communicated clearly, concisely, and were detail oriented. The waiting room and single person restroom were both so clean, quiet, warm, and showed pride and respect in what they’re doing for their customers. I was impressed and I think you will be as well

I used to go here regularly for an oil change but the lady at the front desk is rude. I noticed she chooses who to be polite and charming with, usually white people. She’ll provide them with great customer service then has switched up her demeanor with me several times. I refuse to take it personal, but this kind of behavior is not okay. And I’m not supporting this business again.

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. The woman at the counter has a very rude and unprofessional attitude. I noticed from other reviews that many customers have had the same experience, yet it doesn’t seem like management has addressed the issue. If she is the owner, that makes it even more disappointing. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this place falls short.

Brought the car to the shop 3 times for the same issue. They tried two different parts to fix it two different times the 3rd time the car stopped running. Bring it to the dealer to find out they installed non oem parts resulting in total failure of the fuel system. Took over 2,000$ and will not admit fault.
