The nicest guys you’ll meet at a truck repair shop. I came in with a bad steer tire and a vibration in my front end, they were able to diagnose the problem and get me a cheap good tire to get me home so I could get it fixed. They charged me about a quarter of what anyone else would and were very thorough and helpful. It’s because of experience like this and every other Southern Tire Mart I’ve been to that I am a STM customer for life, however these guys exceeded even the high expectations that I have when going to a Southern Tire Mart

I had southern tire put 6 new tires on my Dodge dually. Then wanted them to do a front end alignment. I was told I needed all new ball joints, which I had replaced luss than 4k miles ago. 1600 dollars I was quoted. I took it to 2 other mechanics both said the ball joints were like new. Don't trust them, they tried to rip me off.

Had a great seamless experience with Southern Tire, I brought in some used tires to get mounted they spotted a nail in one of them and patched it quickly and little additional cost! All the people I interacted with (mechanic, front desk) were very professional and friendly. the waiting space was clean, had phone chargers, coffee, and vending machines it was quite pleasant. I will definitely be back!

So impressed with this shop. I had bought new tires and was referred this place for an alignment who also was the cheapest I could find as well. Took my car in for my appointment and after they checked my vehicle Brandon (mechanic) told me my car was already perfectly aligned and there was no need for me to pay for an alignment. I was shocked because they totally could've taken advantage and charged me for one. I'm used to having mechanics lie to me or trying to upsell so it is hard to trust people in this industry. I just had a jiffy lube tell me my boot and bar were bad and my brakes. Which I had just done my brakes the week before and the boot was still on that was checked by a friend later to verify. Tired of being lied too but I was so so so impressed and will definitely refer anyone to come here for there alignment because integrity matters!

I woke up to a flat steer Tire, I was parked right in front of Boss shop , they quoted me full roadside service fee! plus the price of a new tire! they said that because of the weight of the vehicle and the rim pushing down in that tire it would 100% need to be replaced with new steer tire... I then contacted " Southern Tire Mart" the technician arrived in 20 minutes and immediately remove the tire patched it from the inside aired it back up there was no permanent damage!!! thank God that I contacted "Southern tire mart""" I see they have many high reviews, I highly recommend this awesome shop, thank you
