The current batch of employees working at Boss shop are the worst. The counter help are rude and unhelpful. The tech who did my last oil change was incompetent and disrespectful. Left air in the fuel line after changing the filters and then lost his cool about it. The manager makes excuses for her employees and would rather defend her incompetent employee than satisfy the customer. I have never been treated more poorly at a place of business before. I've been using Boss Shop's services for over 20 years. I won't be back. If I could leave negative stars, I would. They don't deserve to stay in busines with this sort of treatment of customers. Disgraceful.

How do they stay in Business? this place has to be the most crappy shop in the entire galaxy I mean where do I start ? Poor communication Crappy customer service Lazy staff you could spend hours in there with not trucks ahead of you and still nobody would touch your truck for hours by the time they do they always come up with an excuse not to do the work it’s almost like they do it intentionally so they don’t have to work I really would like to tell the owner how much money he or she is loosing do to their staff I’ve given them multiple opportunities to take my business but it’s obvious they want me to take it somewhere else. Staff be walking around with angry faces as a customer one does not feel welcome One of them was even smoking inside my truck Horrible experiences!

WAS a great shop like 6 months ago now they hire little kids that don't want to work I've been here since 10am just for a simple oil change and its 9pm and I'm still waiting go get in the bay. They have 4 people and all of them are playing on their phone. Shame on the Manager of this place that hires people like them

Came in to replace a quick release valve — a simple job. They refused to do it because my trailer was loaded. That excuse made no sense. The car was on the top deck, which I lifted to provide full access. I even removed the cover myself. All they had to do was disconnect 4 air lines, remove 2 bolts from the frame, and swap the valve. That’s it. Instead, they started coming up with excuses and clearly just didn’t want to bother unless they could turn it into a big-money job. So I parked across the street at the truck stop and did it myself in about 2 hours. Tools I used: adjustable wrench, 10mm, 1/2", and 3/4" sockets, and a ratchet. Done. Honestly, this place is not a real repair shop. If they can’t handle a basic task like this, I wouldn’t trust them with anything serious. Probably fine for a truck wash — but if you come in for real work, expect delays, high costs, and mechanics who’d rather avoid the job than get it done.

You truly need to get your act together. You had open bays and techs standing around. I needed my tire changed and you keep taking washouts when I've waited 2 hrs. Time is money. We're a very large company and to be treated like this is so wrong.

I went to get my flat tire replaced. I also asked for all my other tires to be checked because I had a few more bad ones. I wanted them to let me know so I could replace those too. They only changed my flat tire. The young fat guy named Jake who was working in the mechanic section told me that all my tires were good. But he never checked any of them. I was standing by the truck, so I saw that he didn’t check them at all. He lied to me by saying there was no problem. Even though I addressed him as “sir,” he spoke very disrespectfully, as if he was angry that I came there. I will definitely never go to any of their branches again, and I will never recommend this place to any of my fellow truckers.

Friendly and diligent but not alert. My def pump went out, and as a lease purchase operator, I was required to diagnose the problem costing me a $167. I did not get the proper service, a force regen that's normally included and a report on what is wrong with the truck in total- overall? What are other observations? Even after I ask for a printout, I was only given a diagnosis of the def pump. I would only use them again if I really had too, No other options.

These guys here do a great job! I got a full service completed on truck and trailer. The service advisor Matt was one of the calmness and most professional service adviser I've yet to deal with in the industry of big trucking. His team was right on point did not Dilly Dally. If I need services and I'm in the Ogden Utah area I'll be back!

I would give it a zero if I could. Came to get a tire replaced and one guy in front of me but they can't replace his tire because they can't get the tire he needs because it's in a bay where they are doing mechanic work on a truck that's blocking them from getting it. So now we have to wait for them to move the truck. They have about 7 techs working but really only two are. The rest are walking around aimlessly. Talked to the manager and all he said was he didn't put that truck in the Bay. Great leadership. I thought I was at the circus.

We pulled in here because we were having air pressure problems on the truck. They stay busy here with lines of trucks waiting to get in. There are four bays here for washout, tires, lube and then one for repair. You have to remove your trailer if your going into any bay except the washout bay. We removed the trailer and got in line, when they closed we stayed the night on the lot along with some other drivers. We would be 2nd in line when they opened at 7am. They called us into the bay between 10:30-11am. The mechanic looked ready as he opened the hood to take a look. He found water and tons of oil in our air tanks and the air dryer was clogged. He also thought we might need a new air compressor. Turned out we didn't but fleet pride had one ready if needed. The mechanic cleaned out all the oil and water, cleaned out the air hoses and put on a new air dryer and a new air line. What should've been about a two hour job ended up taking him around nine hours. We kept seeing our mechanic on his phone or talking to other workers. They definitely don't get into any hurry here. We were supposed to be in Idaho today but that's not going to happen. They also have a 24/7 call center where they have a mechanic on call for after hours and they can drive to you so that's a plus.

0800 arrived check in 0845 work completed 1015 paperwork finally finished came in for a mudflap fix. I was first in line. mechanic did a good job. The office people are nice but man it must have been an off day because they took an hour 15 min to process the payments. maybe they had other clients they were dealing with but, man it took longer than the actual work. I was impressed with the fix but don't think a mud flap change should take almost 2 ½ hours, lol. I can do it in 15 minutes but my bar it was hanging on was bent forward and couldn't bend it back or I would have. other than that it was a good team. I'll give 'em another chance in the future

Never go to this shop . They don’t pay attention. Moving around drinking sodas , I was waiting and watching all employees doing nothing, the other truck in the bay was already done for oil change for 45 minutes, they did not move & made me to wait for nothing. I went to front desk and asked what’s going on . Then they realized that I am waiting out side & then they moved other truck but finally I refused them not to do oil change service to them . I can not give Business to such people who don’t pay attention to you . Bye bye guys .

Had an issue with my DEF system and stopped by this shop. Gabe helped me out, and honestly, he’s one of the best mechanics I’ve ever met. You can tell he really loves what he does — he explained everything clearly, even the small details, and made sure I understood what caused the problem and what could happen if it’s not fixed. Super knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Big thanks to Gabe for the great work!

This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I went in for a Landstar post-accident inspection and was initially told that I passed. The inspector completed the passing paperwork and even placed the inspection sticker on the truck. After everything was already finalized, they suddenly said they had “changed their mind” and claimed that I actually failed the inspection. They then said they wanted a second opinion, and after that they still decided that I failed. To make matters worse, they asked me to return the passing paperwork and remove the sticker they had already issued. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unbelievable. Decisions like this should be made before issuing official paperwork and a passing sticker. Their actions directly cost me my job. This situation was handled very poorly and should never happen to anyone.

They have replace a brake chamber on the trailer and work on the leveling valve. The technician did not tighten the bolt properly then he started blaming my driver for their fault and said we should drive with no air bags on the trailer an other 200 miles on order to bring it to an other boss shop, because they don’t pay other shops to fix their mess! Find an other shop, don’t waste your time!
