Came to return my auto transport to here from CAlifornia an they helped me remove my car mind you it took 3 of them and some help of tools but they got it off along with them helping me get new tires and even suggesting my oil change they helped me with more then just returning my auto transport and they are all so nice and helpful will definitely return for future work

I've had bad service before when is came to have repairs done on my truck. My experience with this company is the absolute worst. I had to have a turbo replaced, i was told It was a day job maybe 2 days at the most. I understand sometime you run into problems but almost 2 weeks is crazy. I was promised day after day and on the final day for me to pick up the truck I was told I had people that was ahead of me. Which I didn't understand because before I took my truck I was told they would get started the next day. I was clear on asking so that I could make a decision. Also lack of communication on what's happening and the process. I choose them because they had a 5 star rating but that was not my experience. Overall the job done on the truck is OK for now.

This place has gone above and beyond for us but before I get into that, I called them on my second go round to bring our big rig to be fixed and Tony said to me, we've been trying to find you. To my surprise, he was looking to refund me some money because I overpaid. Who do you know does that these days, but these guys do. This is a business that runs on integrity and that in itself earns my business. Well, back to what I was saying, I have had so many issues with our truck and these guys have gotten it fixed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We got our truck back and another issue popped up and we sure did take it back. Tony, didn't make a fuss and he found the issue which was not originally a problem, got it fixed so quickly and we were back on the road running. These guys understand how important it is to have our truck up and running and they get it done. Best place to go in Evans, GA to get your truck fixed quickly.

Broke down on side of road with loss of power and heavy raw fuel smoke. My company got a hold of this company and hired them to come out and fix the truck. They said they would be about a hour before they arrive , hour and a half later I called and the boss Tony and he said they were ten minutes away , hour later my boss called and they said mechanic was 30 minutes away ,this calling back and forth went on for over 3 hours before mechanic showed up in a old raggedy looking service truck . He gets out with computer to plug in to the truck and didn't have the plug in . He determined it was the fuel pump , so we went to Freightliner and got a pump that I paid for . We left and ended up at pilot because he needed fuel for filters and starting fluid ,which he asked me to pay because he didn't have the money. Ok I paid it and we went back to the truck . He put the pump on primed the filters and the truck started and ran but would only rev to 1300 rpm ,he then had to leave to the shop because he needed a wrench and channel locks which he did not have on the poorly stocked service truck ,he returned took the pump off for some reason put it back on and truck would no longer run. He then gave up , I said if your leaving to give me a ride back to town so I could get a room and food , all seemed good until they jumped in the truck a gassed it disappearing into the night leaving me stranded on the side of the road. After 7 hours sitting in stranded . I drank up what water I had and tried to get a Uber but they won't come without a address. 18 hours later I'm still on side of the road but a new road service is on the way . You don't leave people stranded on the side of the road and that was the sorriest thing a person could do is leave them sitting

From the moment we contacted Southside Diesel Repair, Tony responded immediately with a warm and friendly “Bring your truck in…We’ll take care of you.” He, his business partner PeeWee, and the entire crew were super knowledgeable, backed by years of experience with diesel repair. They were very helpful, responsive, upfront and honest. Not only did they complete the needed repairs quickly and efficiently, they also advised us of the other services they offered and invited us to return. Their service is top-tier and so is their integrity. We are grateful we found them and will be definitely bringing our truck back for future upgrades and repairs. We typically don’t look forward to putting our truck in the shop, but with Southside Diesel Repair…we don’t mind because we know they’ll take great care of us.
