Horrible service. I went there around 5pm they were not busy at all. They took out my carpets and didn’t vacuum underneath where they were. My cup holders were still disgusting. Windows had streak marks on them. The guy told me to get back in line and they can re do but honestly it was just terrible service

This place is terrible! Tge windows looked like someone wiped them with a dirty dish rag. Typically car washes usually do the best they can to remove bugs and such from your car... oh evidence to the contrary, and when I brought it up they said only a $100 detail will remove it. I just spent $40 on a car wash my nephew could have done for nothing!

They make it look good and you have to tell them what to do. They don’t automatically do it when they charge you for the service. The vacuuming is not the best and I didn’t wanna go back to have them clean it again. I pay for Tire shine and they didn’t do it I had tell them to do it, you pay $45 for a full service car wash and you want to get a $45 car wash?

They BROKE part of my car. I went into to get a full bumper to bumper service after making an appointment a week prior for 9am. I went in this morning and after they charged my card they said it would be done by 4pm and they would call me if it was early. In other words it took SEVEN hours to clean my car. After being stranded with no means of transportation for that entire time I finally get my car back and the second I get in I notice that one of the radio knobs is broken and they didn't full clean my car. Both the pictures I have included are taken from their lot seconds after getting back my car. When we complained they tried to claim that the knob was already missing from my car. Additionally, they claimed the car was ready at 11 despite the receipt I was given shows that they didn't get the car in to be cleaned until 2 and the fact I was in the area at 2pm and saw that my car was not finished. This was despite the fact that I had a 9am appointment regardless. I wasted over $100 dollars at this placed to get SCAMMED and RIPPED OFF and then accused of lying the second we tried to say anything about it.

The prices are fair but the quality is sub - par and the customer service leaves something to be desired. I purchased a full interior detail on a brand new (two months old) truck and they missed over a dozen areas. There were crumbs, dust, debris in the obvious places (ebrake/console/door handles /steering wheel). The expected wait time was 1hr 45 minutes when I dropped off the truck. I returned in two hours 15 and still had to wait almost 45 minutes after I arrived to pick it up. What were they even doing? The car is brand new, there was barely even anything to clean! I'm really not sure what I paid for. When I returned the following day to have them finish the spots that were missed, the manager didn't seem to acknowledge that it was a burden for me to have to come back and wait. When I asked for a more detailed explanation about the service (was I unreasonable in my expectations with the service I paid for?) the manager just kept repeating that they would re-do it, but would not offer any more details about what exactly is included in the service. I want to like this place; I bring my older vehicle here all the time for the basic wash. Of course with the basic level service I'm going to expect spots to be missed (which they are). But when I paid for a full detail I was expecting a higher level of quality work. This was an overall disappointing, expensive, and time - consuming experience. I will not be returning.

Daniel and Eric were very professional in explaining the services and pricing. The money we spent was very well worth it. The 2019 Jeep came out looking like brand new. I would definitely come back and recommend to everyone. Thank you for a job very well done all around!

He is out there working the ‘line’ to make sure every car leaves sparkling clean, while paying attention to every detail inside and out (spray and wax). Every employee there works nonstop. The car wash is just okay overall. I have a monthly membership, but I’m considering switching to another place. My car often isn’t fully dried, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed some scratches that I believe came from the wash. Some staff members don’t seem very friendly or welcoming, which doesn’t make for a great customer experience. Also, it’s disappointing that they don’t offer free vacuums like many other car washes do. Definitely room for improvement.

Sparkling Image Car Was cleans both the inside and outside of your car. First, you drive through their cloth car wash. Then you get in line and leave your keys. A team vacuums the passenger portion of your car, seats, floors, and cleans your floor mats with a machine. Next your car is brought to the polishing station, where they clean all your auto glass, and wipe down surfaces such as the dashboard, armrests, etc. It all takes about 20 minutes and is very reasonably priced. Comparable to a car wash at Scrub-a-Dub.

Had a coffee spill in my car today so brought it for an interior/exterior clean. These are the after photos. I was there for 45 minutes and the car is not even remotely clean??? I could have done a better job in my driveway for free, which I now have to do anyway. Don’t think I’ll be back. I get it was busy, but that shouldn’t mean the quality of service declines…

I have been happily coming to this car was for years but I am very disappointed with my last interior/exterior service. I paid $44 and the interior was not clean. My dash was still dusty, crumbs in the drink holders and the main console screen still had smudges of dirt on it. I did notice they don’t have as many people working there. Short staff? Under new management? I don’t think I will be returning.

Horrible. This was a great place when it was Simoniz and when it first changed hands. Now it is garbage. For one thing, you can’t communicate because the workers only speak Spanish. Secondly it’s always gridlocked and the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. Being busy isn’t an indication of quality work because it’s FAR from that. I only came here today because Scrub A Dub closes their detailing at 1 on Sundays. I found that out once I was in line to pay. So I got just my exterior cleaned. Out of desperation, we drove 5 minutes to Sparkling Image. I should’ve just returned to Scrub A Dub tomorrow. What a mistake that was. I paid $30 to have the inside cleaned and they forced me to wash the outside which I didn’t need. I waited in the vacuum line for 30 minutes and they spent 2 minutes on “vacuuming” . It looks the same as when I got there. I will never return.

My car was not clean. I paid an extra $20 for Armour All, which i have no idea how they would have cleaned it without Armour all. The guy told me they would just brush it off (leather) so I paid extra. Everywhere I looked was dirty. I told the lady and she didn't really understand what I was saying. She did try wiping the back windows which did nothing. $60 for a car wash and it should have looked great. It's a brand new car. Smh

Got a basic car wash and the second I exited I heard a dragging noise. I got out of my car and the plastic wheel trim / mud flap got ripped loose by the car wash brushes and was cracked. I talked with the manager and he said I was just missing a screw even when I pointed out that the plastic was not cracked or hanging off before I went to the car wash. They did not offer any sort of help/solution/discount. Terrible service and very inconvenient because now I have to go to the auto body in the morning. Have already shared this story to multiple people so they’re aware not to go here.
