SAC did a great job replacing my cars front bumper and headlight after a small accident. When I picked it up, it looked good as new! The staff was also friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and will come back if I ever need to in the future.

Great experience with Julio and Marcelo. They took care of my Dad after someone crashed into his vehicle. The car left their shop looking better than it did before the crash! Very friendly and honest folks and would highly recommend them!

Got rear ended and had some other body work done on my Land Rover. Looks like new! They were super friendly, incredibly professional and very accommodating. They even washed my car and cleaned the interior before returning it. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected. I will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend. My new favorite.

I couldn’t be more grateful to Somerville Auto Center! My car’s tire popped just a block down from there, and come to find out it had rusted enough to bond to the frame of the car, meaning I couldn’t get it off. The good folks at Somerville Auto Center generously helped me get the car to the shop, managed to get the tire off, and replaced it with my spare tire - all with no charge. They don’t work on tires, yet they helped me out during a stressful situation. I will forever remember their generosity and kindness, and remember them for the next time I need auto body work! Thank you!!!

I was recently rear ended with a ton of damage to the back end of my car, and Somerville Auto Center made it look better than ever! They’re super helpful and got my car done pretty quickly considering how many parts they had to order. The people I talked to answered all my questions (and I had a lot, as I’ve never been in an accident or had any body work done to my car). I cant speak for pricing as it was all done through insurance, but I truly appreciate the amazing work they did on my car (they even cleaned the inside !!!). I’ll absolutely be back if I ever need any more work done! Thank you to everyone at Somerville Auto Center!!!!

Family owned and really well run business. They do EXCELLENT work, the main foreman worked on Audi's and european cars for 30 years, he knows everything, Julio and Stanley will do whatever it takes to make you happy, highly recommend!!! They made my front bumper look outstanding!

Somerville Auto Center worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with my experience, even after misunderstandings. They did an excellent job repairing my car, and even cleaned the interior and exterior, and rotated my tires. If your car insurance does not provide a rental, let the auto center know so that they work on your car in a more expedient manner. I left my car with them for three weeks and they did not get anything done, because they thought I had a rental car. When I explained this, they worked on the car in the week that I was away. Overall, I would go back again, as they were helpful, kind, and made sure to make sure I was satisfied.

I highly recommend this place. I did extensive search in Cambridge and parts of Boston to find an auto repair shop with lowest price and shortest repair time. After going over 7 quotes, I chose this place. The quality of work is very high (see the before/after pics below). They are polite, and provided a gift card surprise to me at the end. They also reimbursed me on the cost of uber ride to get into the place to pick up my car. Excellent service overall.

Anyone like me, who isn’t exactly a gearhead, should listen up! Imagine this: My car gets all banged up, and I'm left scratching my head. But then I stumble upon Somerville Auto Center! From the get-go, they were like speedsters, super quick to respond and getting my car in pronto. And when some rusty parts arrived (ugh, so annoying!), they didn't bat an eye, just ordered fresh ones, and even gave me a ring to keep me in the loop. Now here's the magical part - they sorted out extending my rental with my insurance company seamlessly! They even let me drop off my rental with them and I had my car returned cleaner than it was before. Even the phone music was superior! Which I luckily didn’t even have to listen to for long. Huge shoutout to the manager behind it all, Julio, who I’m grateful I got to meet and thank personally. So, if you're like me, and car talk makes your head spin, trust me, Somerville Auto Center is the real deal. They're my go-to now, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. 👍

Shouldn’t even be allowed to repair toy cars. Random scratches, and damage to the interior and exterior of the car after a simple chip repair. Beware of Julio. Man will smile in your face, pretend to be nice — but it’s completely fake. Repair ended up taking over a month!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Somerville Auto Center. I was rear-ended, and the insurance company sent me here for repairs. They did an incredible job—my car looks brand new, and they even cleaned both the outside and the inside! The team went above and beyond from start to finish. They let me drop my car off early since I’d been Ubering to work, helped me get a rental, and even let me leave the rental with them when my car was ready. I also needed something unrelated to the accident checked out, and they recommended a nearby mechanic. When I couldn’t make it there before closing because I was catching a flight, they told me to leave my car with them—and they took it to the mechanic for me! Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared. I’m so grateful for everything they did. Thank you all for making a stressful situation so easy and for going above and beyond in every way!

I had a hit and run accident on my car and this place took the best care. First of all they were very explicit about the whole process fix everything in best way possible and on top of that help me to take the car earlier and clean. Also before and after photos, everything under the car is like nothing happened.
