Do not recommend this shop they will say things are wrong with your car even if they are not and try to over charge as well. They said my motor failed when that was not the case at all and quoted me at $14k to fix it but they also wanted to keep the old engine as well which I thought was weird because why would they want a failed engine. I took it to another shop and it just needed transmission fluid and a tune up which came out to $2000. If they see you have little to no knowledge in cars they will definitely try to take advantage. It was a very unfortunate situation in all honesty.

Saw the good reviews about this place and decided to go here for assistance with fixing my truck. The facility had plenty of parking. Staff was very kind & informative. I never felt any sort of pressure or like I was being cheated. They were able to fix my trucks breaks and rotor within only a few hours. The people here are honest hard workers!

Yet again, another great experience. Only place in town, my family trusts with all of our vehicles. These guys have worked on my vehicles from oil changes to big repairs, and I've never had a bad experience. From pre-scheduled appointments to same day emergencies, the level of professionalism and care has never wavered. Thank you all for always taking care of my family.

I highly recommend this garage. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and they get you back on the road quickly, and communicate any options well. There's a night drop off, and their work on German cars is excellent.

Great service and fair prices. Not sure what others are talking about with negative reviews as I've been coming here for years and never once had a bad experience. These guys are as honest and transparent as they come.

Great mechanics who serviced an 06 Chevy Tahoe bearings and hubs. Will return to them as they will be my go to mechanics for my other vehicles. Wheel alignment was impressive. Truck was taken off the rack and again put back on to ensure adjustments were done correctly . My truck is lowered so other places just align it and kick me out the door. Not the guys at Sparks. They did a great job.

Scammers. They initially told me I needed a new transmission, but after getting a second opinion, it turned out the issue was actually with the vehicle’s computer.

I had a check engine light come on in my car last weekend. Another auto shop was trying to absolutely gouge me for the price of repairs. Sparks Auto Care gave me a much more reasonable price and got me going within a day of contact. My car's running great again thanks to Sparks Auto Care!

Yesterday- Did a Groupon for $50 full synthetic oil change for wife's car (regular 70), paid the 7$ additional disposable fee, as expected. Dropped the car off, called back within in an hour telling my wife it was ready. Picked it back up, wife noticed some minor paperwork blunders that we figured were no big deal but now have me questioning work performed- mileage on the receipt from 14 months ago was the same, next service sticker was quoted for only 3k miles when we were supposed to have gotten a full synthetic. Checked dipstick today clean oil but hardly any. Not the confidence you want from someone servicing your vehicle. Hopefully someone can make this right..

I had death wobble. I paid $50 for a diagnosis, the shop said they couldn't figure out was wrong. I then asked for them to replace my tie rods and give me an alignment. They said they would give my an alignment without replacing my wheel bearings (+$700). I refused They replaced my tie rods and gave me an alignment. The alignment was $80. My car does drive straight, but with the wheel at the 1 o clock position, so basically an incomplete alignment. The mechanic said a regular alignment cost $95, so they were trying to give me a deal for an incomplete alignment. I appreciate the thought, but I can't agree paying for an incomplete alignment. Also, I originally provided my own tie rods, but they were the wrong size. The shop forgot to give my tie rods back, so I had to make another trip back to pick them up. Turns out the original package on one tie rod was gone, hopefully I can still return it. $50 for no diagnosis $80 for an incomplete alignment $130 in parts $160 for an hour of labor Edit to owner reply: I DID NOT receive a diagnosis. Your mechanics exact words were "We don't really know what could be causing it". So I instructed them to replace my Tie rod ends anyway. I actually told your mechanic that I WANTED an alignment at the beginning! Your mechanic said he wouldn't do it without replacing my wheel bearings. So I wanted to do the wheel bearings myself ($750 rip off). Then get an alignment somewhere else. (BTW the death wobble was at highway speeds 65mph+, so it would have been "appropriate" to defer the alignment) When I got back to the shop, The car had an alignment done. I was happy at first, until I drove it home and the wheel was not centered to drive straight. You didn't do me any favors. You gave me a bad alignment. I came to you KNOWING it was my tie rod ends. I didn't have a vice to get them out myself. I brought my car to you. I wanted a diagnosis, I wanted my tie rod ends changed. I wanted an alignment I got no diagnosis, and a bad alignment. Change 3 star to 1 star. Owner trying to me seem like it's my fault?

Took my Subaru in for the long awaited CVT drain and refill. Some cars ahead of me from appointments, dropped it off at 8am, was done by just after 10am. When I went to pick it up, simply paid for it. Was not given the usual shop talk of upselling anything that I "might" need to have done. I admire that, will be going back for sure for my fuel system cleaning and differential drain/refill when it is time.

Buns. We waited here almost three hours just for a diagnosis. When I asked Ben up front how long they ignored me lol. They had three cars bays open and four guys working at the tire station…

Very happy with this shop. Took my car in for an alignment after being told by several big chains that it would take a week to get my car alignment conpleted. When I got to the shop I was greeted promptly by employees. I was given a same day appointment for an alignment which exceeded expectations. After I got my car back I was very happy with how straight the my car drives. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone trying to get their car repaired in a reasonable amount of time.

We had a good experience with some urgent work we needed done on the car. Among all the shops I called they indicated they could get it in the shop faster and have a reasonable estimate for when the job would be completed and an estimate if the cost. They followed through on those quotes nearly exactly. However, one nut wasn't even finger tight, which caused issues several hours later as I was approaching Winnemucca. Luckily I was able to get to Auto Zone and was able to find the loose nut and tighten it with borrowed tools, which fixed the problem. I really wish I could have given 5 stars as 99% of my experience was great but this oversight could have been severe.

This is one of the most unprofessional and misleading companies I have ever dealt with. Their website claims, ‘Our team has years of experience working on all makes and models,’ which could not be further from the truth. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light, and it remained in their shop for 15 days. During that time, the individual who consistently answered the phone assured me—for three consecutive days—that my car would be ready for pickup. Each time I called to confirm, the completion date was pushed back with the excuse, ‘We need more time.’ After losing patience, I decided to retrieve my vehicle, as it was clear the work was not being completed. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that some of the required parts had not even arrived. This raised a serious concern: why was I repeatedly told the car would be ready on specific dates when the necessary parts were not on hand? There was no reason for the lack of honesty—clear communication would have been far more acceptable. To make matters worse, after 15 days in their shop, the check engine light was STILL ON, yet I was charged $1,000. The receipt listed the charge as ‘Labor,’ which is unacceptable given that the issue was never resolved. This experience reflects extremely poor workmanship and even worse customer service. I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here, as they overcharge and fail to complete repairs properly. The problem overall was the lack of communication and honesty from the company, please do better with future customers. Money doesn’t grow on trees, people work hard to earn things.
