Just ran in to get a smog check and had an awful experience. The man assisting me had a nasty attitude and terrible customer service. He was rude to me for no reason, didn’t even greet me, and told me I needed to “read next time.” Lmao! Will never stop by here again. With so many other smog check places to choose from in town, there’s no need to behave this way towards potential customers. I will be sure to steer friends and family away from this place.

I came in today asking if they were hiring and the short chubby guy working there was extremely rude saying we only have two locations and three employees including the owner so no, then walked away. A simple no were not sorry would have been fine. The owner Rob better teach his employees some manners.

It was a fast service but the technician border into rudeness. Asked if I can use the restroom, he said no restroom. When I said I just paid $35 and saw the restroom he let me in. Was totally disappointed with lack of customer service.

Lived in the area for over 20 years and have used SM2 since they opened. Have always loved how Kris services my four vehicles. He's genuinely a good guy that does good work. He gets you in and out in a timely manner. I have experienced viewing some of his clients treat him quite poorly, which I'm unsure why. Guess there's bad characters wherever we go. Another five star, quick in and out smog by smog monkey! Been coming here for years, and will continue to come here as long as both of us are still around! Not too sure about people complaining about the price, I mean it's $33 Plus whatever your registration is, and they're charged separately. I don't know how much smogs are anywhere else, because I don't go anywhere else! Satisfactory, brother!

I went in today expecting to be in and out quickly, but they only had one machine available. While I was waiting, the tech never acknowledged me when I arrived and never apologized for the delay. He acted as if I wasn’t there at all. His behavior came across as rude and unprofessional. I understand delays happen, but basic courtesy and communication were completely lacking. I was there for a simple smog check and expected to be treated with respect as a customer, which unfortunately was not the case.
