I bought a new car with the extra maintenance plan. I would wait at the dealership for Hours with an appointment to have the oil changed,and fluids topped off . When my maintenance plan expired the dealership would charge me $238 for oil and fluids then they wanted $1000 to do the rear differential. So i decided to go to the jiffy lube near my house on Los altos in sparks NV. They changed my oil,topped off fluids AND did the rear differential All for $239 And it took less than 15 minutes. NEVER again will I purchase a maintenance plan with a new vehicle. JIFFY LUBE ROCKS!

My dealership service department you need an appointment, drop car off or wait a couple hours. Dealership and jifflub about same price after discount from J Lub. I will bring my other cars there when they are due.

Great service. Overpriced just like much of the world these days. Oil change should not be $120. You don't check brakes. No 108pt inspection. Prices have gone up. Services down. The guys were great and friendly though. Customet service is what gets the 5 stars. Cost subtracts an overall star

They got my oil changed, checked my filters, made recommendations all before closing. Very professional, even put my wipers on for free which I did not expect. I really like this place. Amazing service, no appointment. Instant and quick service. Did the oil change - full synthetic - $103. Clean my windows, pour windshield cleaning water. Checked air pressure on tires. I'm not sure what happened to this location but it was completely unkept. The restrooms were filthy, the coffee area was in disarray and I would not recommend drinking coffee from that area as it was certain not santitary.. They only take debit or credit cards. No cash. Ridiculous. Our 15 minute oil change took much longer than it used to. Staff was mixed.. Some of them helpful while others could not even be bothered to make eye contact. There are so many other choices in this area I would recommend going somewhere else. Also they were roughly $30 more than the Insta Lube station next to discount tires for a basic oil change .

Jiffy Lube is the best place to go if you need an oil change, transmission fluid change, tires rotated, Radiator flush, etc. They can handle just about anything dealing with your vehicle. They do everything CORRECTLY the first time around and are exceeding friendly. The big part is that their prices are always very fair for the job that needs to be done on your vehicle.
