Hands down best body shop around! Called the office to get an estimate on the damage and they offered to take a look the same day. Without going into details of the accident, obviously I had a decent amount of damage to my truck. I searched Spartanburg and Greenville areas for a body shop I felt would do provide results that weren’t poorly finished. I found Spartanburg Collision on google and saw they had 5 stars. If anyone else had 5 stars, I didn’t see them. But let me tell you, this place did not disappoint. I was worried about the color because it fades from blue to purple depending the light conditions and I’m picky about the lines matching up how they are supposed to. I mean, it’s a truck that’s just over a year old from the showroom floor. Not only did the paint match perfectly but absolutely every line matched up exactly as it did the day I bought it. The communication was great and very friendly. Not to mention, the other persons insurance I was dealing with was being difficult. But again, Spartanburg Collision was there to help me through it. I don’t think I could have went to a better place. I hope I never have to be put in this situation again. But if for some reason it’s needed, I will absolutely return as a repeat customer. If you’re on the fence and searching for a shop that’ll do you right, trust this place. Look at the pictures, they don’t lie. Damage is before and the perfection is after. I dropped my car off for some repairs and got it in a very timely manner. When I came in to get the estimate, it was broken down to me with great detail and I understood what needed to be done. I believe my car was handled with extreme respect. I tend to leave receipts and straw wrappers in the door and it was an absolute unexpected delight when I got in my car and it was neat inside too! It's a small detail but it literally made my whole day.

These people are awesome. Constant updates and good customer service. This is the first time I've needed to use my insurance and they were transparent and helped me through the process. I only have good words for them from my experience. For context, I hit a deer at 45 mph. Attached is a before and after of their professional work. Absolutely a great experience from start to finish! My daughter's car was hit while parked and there was a lot more damage than we initially thought. They got the car into the shop quickly and the end result was perfect. The car looks better than before it was hit. What I truly appreciated about working with Spartanburg Collision, and particularly Ashly, was the frequent updates as to the status of our car. We were never unaware of what was going on with the car and what progress was being made, and that to me is priceless. I hope I never need their services again, lol, but if that time arrives, I will definitely use them and recommend them to others!
