I normally have a great experience here, but yesterday I purchased a tire, drove all the way to Gadsden, AL, and my tire light still won't go off. Went back, they did nothing! The manager never came out to talk with me, nor see what the problem was. Very disappointed!

My family wanted me to have my brakes checked for safety before continuing my journey. They took me immediately. No problems with the brakes at all. So nice not to worry or be sold something I don't need. They have outdoor work areas as well as open work bays. I highly recommend these guys. My local family here in Tuscaloosa always trusts them. I would go here again the next time I am in Tuscaloosa.

Took a motorcycle tire in after i was told on the phone in confidence that they were able to replace it. They did not know what they were doing. They proceeded to pry on the wheel over and over again and ended up cutting my tire off with a sawzall. I had a very expensive custom wheel that was left scratched and bent beyond belief. They also ripped the wheel lock for my tire tube off into two pieces not even making possible to mount the new tire and still charged me. Could have at least told me you were unable to do the job before destroying my wheel.

Honest, hardworking and great value. I asked for a special sized tire and they had it delivered that afternoon, installed in less than 20 minutes when I arrived. I only saw one person working the whole shop, come to find out one of his employees was sick for the day!! So he ordered my tires, and installed them all by himself!! You just don’t find that type of dedication anymore. Highly rated.
