The best customer service I have come across in some time. They were attentive and listened. Very knowledgeable. I called 2 other places before calling them and I had been to the dealership twice. This company was able to rule out possible issues as well as install my navigation system in less than 30 minutes. I honestly think I explained the problem, which had been going on for 2 years, longer than it took them to complete the job. If you would like to have work done by people who not only know what they are doing, but also take pride in what they do..CHOOSE THEM! I am glad I did.

I purchased a radio with this company and they told me that they could install it and gave me a total price of everything including radio cost, parts and kits that they would need, and labor. After installation, I noticed my rear camera feature (that was originally in the car already) was not connected to the newly installed radio that I purchased from them. I informed them and they then said I would have to purchase another kit for almost $300 for them to fix it. I didn’t feel it was fair for me to have to pay an additional $300 for an evaluation that was their mistake and not mine so I refused and sacrificed having my rear camera feature. Also, the volume control buttons in my steering wheel were not properly connected nor functioning and I was told by them that they did not know how to fix it other than to only have one of the buttons working. In addition to these problems, a few weeks after the installation of my new radio, it completely stopped working! I contacted them notifying them of the issue and drove 6hours back to the location for them to fix it. I was told that they did not know why it wasn’t working and that they had installed the display radio and it may have had some problems so he would have to order a new one under my covered warranty to reinstall. I kept calling trying to schedule an appointment for a new reinstallation of my radio and it has been 4 months and my radio still isn’t fixed and I have been getting the run around from the manager Rodney. Each point of contact has been me calling them constantly even after I was told told he would contact me. I would NOT recommend this place for any audio/radio installations. They are not professional and do not care about ALL of their customers nor the quality of their own work.

Not really an issue other than what the cost is for labor… I don’t know 🤷🏾‍♂️ but to have a set of behind the wheel LEDs (still in the box, all hardware included) & a controller installed … labor $1200… don’t know what all comes with the labor but it made me rethink a lot of stuff… one is just doing it myself…

Brought in a custom job, had a visor I bought for my helmet and the manufacturer said it was "smoked". When I received it, I was disappointed with the darkness. I called up Tint world on 1 days notice to see if they could tint my visor, guy told me to come in and drop it off and he would see what he could do. Came back a day later and was very happy with the end result. I'm from out of state working in the area and was very pleased with the customer service and availability to squeeze in a very uncommon job.

UPDATE: 3/18/2025 As advised by the store owner/manager that commented below, I called the store twice this morning and left messages, detailing who I was and this review I left. Once again, I have received no call back or communication whatsoever. This has only served to prove my point in my original review below. I will be continuing to steer any and everyone I can away from this business. In fact, I have another vehicle that I wanted to get tinted and will go elsewhere for that as well. Thank you for continuing to disappoint. My first issue with this business is that they are EXTREMELY difficult to get ahold of. It took many calls over a span of days just to speak to a real person. And that was after leaving multiple messages without receiving a call back. Once I had made my appointment, a conflict in my schedule came up and I needed to move the appointment to the following week. Once again, I could not reach them by phone so I had to drive half an hour to go speak to someone in person and rescheduled the appointment to the following Friday. When I arrived for my appointment which was 30 minutes after the time the shop is supposed to be open, I pulled into the empty parking lot and saw no one there and all of their bay doors were closed. The main entrance was locked and I even knocked on the off chance that someone was there. I waited for another 15 minutes before leaving and taking my business elsewhere. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable as a business to 1. Not answer the phone or return calls. 2. Ghost your customer at a scheduled appointment date/time. While I can’t speak to the quality of their work/product, I can wholeheartedly say that I would not recommend this company as the customer service side of the business is nonexistent.

Service was extremely good got all my widows tinted on my 2017 charger at a good price!!! Customer service was a A+ Within a couple days after that had my wife’s vehicle done as well!!! Definitely recommend them!!! And definitely going back again thank you!!!

I have a cargo van and wanted to add a special type of camera. They scheduled my appointment in a day. Super fast! Unfortunately, my camera wouldn't work with the van that I have. John, the installer, tried to find a way to make it work by doing research. Even though he spent time with my vehicle, they did not charge me. He was so nice! The guys at the front desk, who I think do the window tinting, were also very nice guys. I would definitely use them in the future if I could! Also, the quoted price was within reason of other quotes that I received.
