The crew is great. My son worked there over 10 years ago. They still treat me as if he still does. I was in and out quickly. I was there early (7 a.m.), and there were people showing up about the same time. They were also in and out in record time. It's my go to place for a oil change and tire care.

After an oil change there seemed to be some issue driving off, a plate looked like it was broken off and oil was leaking, so worried, I obviously thought there was an oil leak. So I called to see if something was wrong, and they instantly sent someone out to check for me, and got me up and running to get back to the shop, where they confirmed it seemed to just be a plate that slipped, and no oil had actually leaked from the engine, just likely some that had spilled during the change. They secured the plate back, and got me on my way. Confusing situation, handled incredibly well, I can appreciate that.

My son took his car here last night for an oil change. He had a coupon for 50% off- some Black Friday deal they have listed on their website. For whatever unknown reason, when he presented the coupon, he was told they weren’t taking them. No explanation given. Super disappointed in their false advertising. Will go elsewhere next time!

02/24/25 Monday - They moved fairly quickly for the number of cars ahead of me. My only complaint is that they took no personal data. So, my receipt and oil sticker have a random alpha-numeric "Vehicle ID". It would have been 4-stars if the "Vehicle ID" matched my car.

I came in today for an oil change because of the coupon sent to my email , just to find out At checkout that supposedly this location doesn’t accept coupons. If this is the case this should be mentioned from the beginning of the service and posted for everyone to see. Otherwise it’s a bait and switch operation. Will not be returning

I don't know about EXPRESS! They had only two bays open , had to wait a good while just sitting there if I had the space to turn around and leave I would have. This location is high traffic and a great location for business but the wait will make you go to Walmart.

Will never be coming back to this location! Had a coupon for $25 OFF my full service oil change and they refused to honor it, even though the coupon came directly from their website. They claim they don’t accept coupons, but don’t have signs anywhere saying they don’t. I’ve used a coupon at the other two locations in Tuscaloosa and another in Birmingham and NEVER had a problem. Refused to honor the coupon or give discount for inconvenience. Don’t go here unless you plan on paying an arm and a leg

My rating would be less than -10!! I have gone to this location for years, bought my car in 2017 but I've recently needed my maintenance records and have not gotten any help after calling for months now. Instead, I have gotten gaslighted over and over. One said they'll email it to me, one said we keep records for up 3 years, another said, I'll leave a message for the manager to call you back. Someone else said, sure no problem, I'll email them to you. Finally today, someone said oh we don't keep records past a year and then I was told that they don't have me or my car in their records AT ALL!!

this place just sucks. The big guys w beards move at 0.1 speed and you sit in line for over an hour every single time. This guy who was working on the car in front of me left what he was doing to just go to talk to some random dude during work. There is a line of 20 cars behind him.

Steven came by and explained nicely that the coupon is for corporate locations, not franchises like this one. Steer clear! Went here with my 2500 hd and they don’t have the correct oil. Asked me if I wanted to go with something else. No absolutely do not! Waited 30 min in line. You’d think capable employees would say hey that’s a 2500 we don’t have the oil instead of letting me sit 30 minutes then try to get me to use some other oil!
