I stopped by Auto Tech & Tires earlier today. I was out on a business trip and needed a quick oil change. The owner was very attentive and respectful. My oil was changed in less than 15 minutes. I call Auto and Tires to see was they available to an oil change on a late Friday evening. Nick told me to bring my vehicle in and they will get me taken care of. Upon arrival i was greeted with great customer service, the area was very neat and clean. The service was real fast and quick. So if anyone want great customer service, fast service and very nice staff. Auto Tech and Tires should be your 1st stop no more sitting in Walmart 2 hours waiting on an oil change. My son is in school at U of A and recently had issues with his Toyota, on the recomendation from one of his friends, I Called AR Automotive. Angel and his team went to my son's apartment, towed his vehicle to the shop and quickly diagnosed the problem. Repairs were made and I was truly "pleasntly surprised" with what he charged. Great customer service, kept me in the loop the whole time. Hopefully he will not need them again, but if he has car problems again, I know who my first will be to! Thank you AR Automotive!

I can't say enough how wonderful this shop was. I got towed into town in the middle of a road trip the week before a holiday. All other shops in town were booked through the middle of next week and thank goodness for Angel and this shop. They got me turned around in 24 hours and back on the road. Great customer service, Angel is a gem. I really can't recommend their work and service enough. Thank you for saving my July 4th weekend plans and making a stressful situation much more manageable. I use my car for work and had an emergency just a couple hours before the closing time of most any repair shop. AR fit me in near the end of their day, stayed after close to fix my car (the only shop out of the 10+ that I called willing to do so), and changed my oil as well. Angel was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, a wonderful experience for a less than wonderful situation. Would recommend AR Automotive to anyone.

This was my first time having to get my car serviced and it was nothing like the usual horror stories that most people have. Took my car in and got it back the same day. Was not pressured to get anything changed that I didn’t find necessary. Angel explained every single thing itemized on the quoted receipt. He also answered all of my other random questions about my “new” vehicle. Yeah, I will not be going anywhere else to get this burdening hunk of metal serviced. Also, the prices were the most reasonable out of four other garages I called in the Northport area, considering I got my car back the exact same day. They also offer the cheapest diagnosis in the area, in case you just want to find the actual problem and not truly get it fixed that day.

Best mechanic in town!!! I am a paraprofessional in the school system and I am on a very tight budget. My Nissan’s check engine light came on yesterday and per the recommendation of Auto Zone, I took my car in. They were incredibly helpful and honest with me and I was able to get my car fixed within an hour. It is run by a husband and wife team. The husband (Angel) runs the car shop and the wife runs a dog grooming business in the same building. I can’t wait to support these great people and bring my dog to get groomed.

If ever there was a place that came back from a bad first impression, AR Auto did. I've been trying to find someone local to work on my Jaguar that was leaking coolant, and after calling several shops, this place had no problem. We showed up right before 8am and no one was there. After waiting about 5 minutes, we were about to leave. I tried calling and no answer. I walked back up to the front door and they were unlocking the doors. This was the bad first impression, but everything was uphill from here. They had my car diagnosed by 11am with a fair quote. By 1pm I was picking my car up with no more leak. I will definitely be back.

In and out…and right on budget. I’m new to the area and was looking for a shop that was A: Clean B: Friendly and C: didn’t balk at an import. These guys checked all three boxes. Great group of people here. I went to another shop who told me I'd need a new transmission without even looking at my car and that shop quoted me $6k. Took it to these guys for a second look, they said it wasn't even a transmission problem in the first place. They fixed what /actually/ needed to be fixed and saved me about $4500 with the student discount. They were also highly communicative and respectful throughout the whole process, explaining what needed to happen without being condescending and asking for permission before fixing anything. When I got my car back, it was washed and the inside was fully cleaned. Strongly recommend these folks!
