Went in to get a stud (not me) replaced. Granted it was a Friday and mechanics are always swamped on Fridays, I got there early and still had to wait over 2 hours. That's a little long considering they had the part in house. Secondly, instead of replacing 1 stud, they replaced 5. I'm thankful for that but I think they should have come and told me what they planned on doing and about the price. I had no idea how much any of the work would cost until it was time to go. So not a perfect 5 stars but 4 is darn good. The price was reasonable and the guys were courteous. Waiting area was clean. I would go back to them for wheel and tire and suspension work.

I’ve been here a few times never had a problem until this most recent time. Made an appointment a week in advance. I go drop off my car for an alignment and tires. I go back to pick up my car and there are no new tires? When I asked them they had sold the tires they were supposed to put on my vehicle and didn’t have more in stock. Had other options but I decided to go elsewhere.

Went here twice for a rim repair, same rim , same area. My rim has cracked again a third time. I emailed. No response. I called. They said it can only last for 30 days. A weld job should last much longer than that. May I add, I got the rims from their shop. I won't be going back and will no longer send referrals to this shop.

This is just my opinion but they’re a rip off. Will charge you an arm and leg but half do your services. Then will try and charge you again to fix whatever mistakes they previously made. Smh. Never will get my money again! Horrible experience. MAVIS from now on. O and I forgot. They kept my wheel locks. Then said I didn’t have any on my car when I went back. They used to be good but now it’s not safe at all.

I love the way they keep a variety of different tire sizes in stock! There is no other place in tuscaloosa that keeps that many tires in stock. I bought 4 tires like 2½ months ago. Hit a pole hole & got a knot in the tire. Had to buy 1 more tire. They take all sort of payments. Klarna, affirm. Etc.

Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!! They fix rims so I took my truck there! They fixed the rim by globing weld on there it was flat next day took it back had it welded again and bought 4 new tires! The side wall swelled up into a knot and blew out and they told me they cannot warranty it! SO I PAID TO HAVE SAME JOB WELDED TWICE! BOUGHT 4 NEW TIRES WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY AT ALL!! AND EVERY TIME IT WAS TOWED BACK TO THEIR SHOP IT WAS ALWAYS EXCUSE THAT ITS MY FAULT LOL!! JOKE!!!

Edit- after seeing my review someone from postals reached out to me. They were very apologetic for the work having not been done & had me come back to the shop for a refund. I dropped my tire off to have a crack in my rim repaired. It was there for 3 days and they called me and told me it was ready. I picked it up and paid $118. I had to tire put back on my car and drove on for maybe 3 days and realized my tire was still not holding air. The crack was on the inside so just by looking at it, I couldn’t tell if it was just never fixed or maybe it cracked again.. I decided to go ahead and just replace the rim all together. I ordered a new rim for $250 and took it to a different shop for them to switch the cracked rim and new rim out. After they got my tire off the cracked rim, you can look at it and CLEARLY tell nothing was ever done to my rim. So they told me they repaired the crack in my rim and charged me $118 and did NOTHING.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ll give 2 stars because they “attempted” to fix the problem. But never admitted to putting the tires on wrong. Also still out a TPMS due to “low battery” according to them, but it was working fine before they put the new tires on. Also still have bad vibration at 75 MPH which I believe is due to the tires being put on the rims in the wrong position. Given their balancing system is good, they didn’t do the road force test to make it a smoother ride. But looking at the amount of weight that is on my rims from their balancing system, I’ll just end up having another shop do the work.
