Sad there are no zero stars. They had the car for enough time and gave me a set price for repairs. Paid 50% upfront. When I called to pay the remaining 50% I was shocked to see extra $177 charge. When I tried to let them know this is wrong, the manager threatened to impound the car and attempted to hang up. I had to pay forcefully.

We would have given zero stars if I had that option. We did a big mistake choosing this shop based on Google reviews. They are super expensive, which they do not reveal in the beginning. They took over a month to repair, but made false promises that the car would be ready in a week or two. Their time management is completely unacceptable. We had to follow up multiple times, but met with rude and vague responses. When we finally got the car back—after numerous frustrating follow-ups—the work was incomplete. One of the headlights wasn’t even plugged in, and we had to bring the car back again. Not once did they apologize or show any regret for their mistake. To make matters worse, they didn’t even clean the car after the repair. This is by far the worst body shop we’ve ever dealt with. We will never use or recommend their services to anyone.
