Always quick service and easy to deal with! They give me great prices on tires! I buy tires from them for my trailers and truck for my business. I was in town to move my daughter into her apartment at Alabama. We woke up this morning to a flat tire. After several attempts to get the tire repaired/replaced at other businesses, we ended up at Tuscaloosa Tires. Holden replaced the tire and Josh was very accommodating. I’m my opinion, this was an EXCELLENT experience. I will be sending my daughter to them for help while she attending Alabama, if needed. Thanks for the great customer service!

I needed to get some major work done to fix an oil leak as well as get my brakes and rotors replaced. I initially went to Express Oil where I typically got my oil changed. I thought the quote for my repair was a tad high there so I called Tuscaloosa Tire and was quoted $1000 less for the same work. Everyone I spoke to were very professional and got me back up and running quickly. Needless to say I’ll be coming here going forward.

While traveling home from vacation my tire somehow was loosing air fast! My closest option was here and it being 4pm and closing at 5pm on a Saturday. My daughter moved to AL recently with a well maintained older vehicle. I am pleased that we perhaps have found a business she'll be able to utilize for repairs as needed during her time in Tuscaloosa. I brought my mom's car that they had serviced for years. The brakes needed attention. They sent the car home with me, the next day we had no brakes!!! We had to tow the car to another place to get the job done. I'm still shocked at the thought of them letting that car be back out on the road, it could have killed me or someone else. I have used them my last time.

I was driving cross country and picked up a huge screw in my tire. Upon checking in at the front desk the gentleman walked outside looked at my tire and told me to pull around, it took him two minutes to fix it and sent me in my way. The person I talked to was very kind and professional and open and honest about price and time table. Went here for a lot of service and they did great at first did they strung me along. My car had a loss of power turns out the cam shaft was bad and they fixed everything on my car saying this repair would finally be the one to fix the issue. Got wheel bearings replaced. New tires. New oil light sensor. Nothing changed. After 3500 dollars down the train I lose power going up a bridge on campus and I manage to bring it back to them and they tell me I should just bring it to the dealership. All that money I spent for nothing.
