Shop owner came and talked to me personally about the issues with my car, and they cleaned my engine area after replacing some of the parts. Another shop had quoted me 2 months of wait, but Crutchfield was able to get my car done in only 3 weeks. Highly recommend them.

I took my truck here because I heard great reviews and also saw them online. I have a Ford Edge and the water pump was supposedly changed along with the new timing kit. Long story short when I pick my car up on a Monday by this past Friday we looked in our garage and saw coolant all over the ground so obviously we still have a leak. Not a single drop of coolant was in the reservoir. Also the hood of my truck was working perfectly fine and able to stay up on its own now it has to be propped up. Seriously not satisfied and I feel like I wasted my money. They were extremely nice nevertheless but we're trying to figure out what did we pay for if there's coolant all over our garage floor and the hood of my car no longer stays up on its own. Hopefully we can get this resolved because I paid over $2,400 I'm sure you do pride yourself and your work that's why I said you all were extremely nice. You have to understand it from my point of view when I go out in the garage and we see cooling on the ground. As I also stated I hope that we can get this resolved and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my hood when I brought it to you all so please check your cameras. I will give you all a call tomorrow

After getting told by another mechanic that I needed my AC compressor replaced, I called 5 other mechanics in the area and was given the best estimate (by far) from Crutchfield. It was three weeks later before I got around to getting the work done, and yet they still had all my info on file. They told me exactly when I could bring it in, and how long it would take. Not only did they get it done quickly, but the repair actually came in significantly cheaper than their estimate (which was already by far the best estimate I had gotten). The first mechanic I dealt with gave me the correct diagnosis, but clearly tried to rip me off on cost, thus I can't tell you how happy I am with Crutchfield. They earned my trust. My car is elderly, so I know it'll need more repairs, which I will only trust with Crutchfield from now on.

This whole company is 100%. We were on the road leaving Alabama heading home to Florida when we broke down. We called them (So glad we did!) My wife found them online. They sent a tow truck and a separate vehicle for us to ride to their shop and not have to ride in a tow truck. Once at the shop the owner realized our problem. He called around, found the parts needed. He worked on our Explorer until he was finished! Replacing a radiator normally takes 5-6 hours. He was done in 4 hours. I was so impressed with their whole operation, I will never hesitate to tell others! Again, many thanks to them!
