December 21, 2023 Kyle Godwin was our programmer. He spent over eight hours working on the install and programming. He never took a break except to go to the restroom. I offered him a sandwich for lunch which he declined and worked right on. As a retired teacher of 36 years, I was amazed at his incredible focus and concentration. He ran in to numerous problems with three pieces of equipment that were defective and had to be returned and new ones reprogramed. I was amazed at his patience and persistence. Wonderful attributes!! After the installation there was an issue with another piece of equipment that had to be changed out and programmed. He “keeps on keeping on” which is a rare quality! He even talked with me on the phone this morning when I had difficulty with the Control 4 remote! Kyle is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in what he does, and he does his work with kindness and generosity of spirit. Truly an amazing and gifted man in a world where this type of man is rare.★★★★★ a year ago

Professional and definitely first class! We had a Control 4 company out of Montgomery attempt to repair our system after a devastating lightning strike and after a full year, out of desperation, I called Sphere for help. Chris showed up, assessed, recommended and we were off to a great repair! We mostly worked with Kyle on the install and I cannot say enough for him. He is pretty much a magician!
