Pumps always malfunction! Also, I got my car washed here... 1.) All it did was smear the dirt around, and 2.) it left scuff marks in some areas on my car. Don't go here!

Your young man that service me on 12/9/2021 at 1:25pm was very rude. I ask for a bag and he tell me they have a shortage and only have one box in back. I ask for a bag anyway and he refuse but gave another customer shortly after me a bag for one item. I'm the customer and if I ask for a bag I should receive one. You're not out yet so why choose who have a bag. Terrible terrible customer service!

Store is very busy. If you pay at pump it will put a $100 hold on your credit card. Sometimes it will be 6-8 hours before hold disappears

One of the better gas stations in the Haywood road area. Parking lot is well maintained and brightly lit at night. Inside, the store is well maintained. Because of the traffic light, you can easily access this from Haywood or Transit Dr.

Store manager and lady behind breakfast counter accused me of stealing. She said I had a biscuit in my pocket before I was near the counter. The manager said he had me on camera stealing....it made me so mad I emptied all my pockets on the counter. You don't call anyone a thief without absolute proof. I am an eagle scout. I may not be perfect, but I do have my standards. I spend $400-$500 a month at spinx stores. This manager has a bit of a paranoid problem. He saw me holding groceries in my arms cause their is no baskets and assumed I was stealing. Never going to this store and I still bought like $30 in groceries from this jerk.

Tried to use my .20 off gas and after I followed all instructions, it did not apply it. Went inside and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Purchased a car wash and the car came out looking like I poured bottled water over it. In other words...a good rain would have done a better job..SPINX STINX!

The gas station is fine . . . have used it often, but the CAR WASH is a waste of good money . . . it didn't look like it did anything after I left the wash. I took a cloth with water and a little distilled vinegar and merely wiped the car, and all the surface grime came off. This car wash merely wet the car and blew air at it. You need cloth brushes . . . not just spraying pressurized water . . . really not even close to satisfactory.

Made a quick stop bathroom clean however there was no soap completely out the hand sanitizer pump inside the store was empty went to pump gas didn't get a receipt! Whoever worked overnight did not do their part.

**Please note this review is regarding the car wash service only** The station and store are kept clean and the staff is great. However, using the "touchless" car wash here is tossing your money down the drain. My car badly needed a wash, to the point that one of my kinds drew faces all over it as well as the classic "wash me". So I had sometime to kill in the area and figured I would run it through the wash. I didn't get the max combo selection but didn't get the basic either... somewhere in the middle. Lo and behold, when I got home and got out of the car, guess what was still on the car? If you said faces and "wash me" you win a prize! That car wash didn't do a damn thing to the dirt on the car. Don't waste your money.

I am a frequent shopper of spinx. I love the fesh coffee. I spend hundreds of dollars a week at spinx. I went into this location for the first time on 6/21 at 7 in the morning and went to the coffee area. I got my coffee and noticed stuff floating in it. I looked at the coffee maker and the other machines and nothing looked like it was ever cleaned. I mentioned it and the third shift guy came over , looked at it and went out the front door. I told the manager and he said they can't clean because they work alone. That's a sorry excuse. I use to manage a convient store and this was gross. He acted like he was going to clean it and I left. I went in the next morning. Same gross machines not touched , just nasty. I turned around and walked out. I attempted one more time today because I like the fresh coffee. Disgusting still today. I sent a complaint over 24 hours ago. I have not heard anything and the store is still gross.

Logan is very disrespectful as a cashier. I have had several instances where he unfortunately has provided his customer service. I spend thousands a year at this gas station and between him and the overnight guy they have been the worse interactions. Unwelcoming, confrontational, and borderline discrimination in which I am referencing multiple instances. The next time you flick something at me I will complain to corporate and continue recording times and dates for camera reference in which you are becoming a liability to a once good service station. Its my store down the road but I'd rather go to qt then have to interact with this employee.

enforced dumb policies like an expired ID not being good for getting alcohol silly. The question is am I over 21 yes. My ID expired thought my valid license still stands. It’s just the old ones that got lost in the mail with a new one.

Amazing that places can hire people that are not curtious or kind in any way. Came in and all you could hear is the employees laughing and goofing off very loudly behind the counter. This went on the whole time i was shopping inside the store. Went up to the counter to pay and no one even says anything to me. Just grab my items and rings them up. I made a comment about their current conversation topic and they did not even respond to me.. silence.. i walked out with my items and left. If you don’t want to deal with the public maybe you shouldn’t work in an area where being nice is more than required.
