Charged me $4.31 for a 20oz refill of coffee because it was in a thermal mug. A large coffee using their cup is $2.79. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back to Sphinx.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. How you out of ANY chicken when thats what you mainly sell. Then the black lady with the wig was very hateful like it was my fault they was out of dark meat.

Came here for lunch, ordered their “legendary chicken nuggets 8pc” off the kiosk and got my ticket and paid. 3 mins later my number is called and I am handed a bag with the only sauces I paid for in it and then directed to select a box of packaged chicken nuggets that have been sitting in the warmer for at least an hour according to the time on the boxes. NOTHInG about this seems “Legendary”. I work in the food and beverage industry and there is no need for blatant laziness. I understand you want to move thru your product with as little waste as possible but you need to calculate what you package up or adjust your pars a little more accurately. What I don’t need is an attitude from the person cooking my food when I ask for it fresh ! Unacceptable!!!!

If you need fuel and have Amex. don't go here, they do not have their comp servers up for credit card fuel at the pump. You will have to go inside then guess the gallon of fuel you will get. Then go outside pump then back inside to pay then back outside to get your receipt. I say just get the computer upto date. Will not be back.

Fairly recently, I went to the gas station to pump gas. I was sleep deprived and distracted with my workload, trying to figure out how I was going to fit it all in. I was thinking about all this while I was pumping gas. I was so distracted. I pulled out the gas nozzle without letting go of the handle mechanism that stops the gas flow. Next thing I know I was spraying myself directly in the face, eyes, mouth, and nose with gasoline. I was terrified, humiliated, and in complete disbelief that I had done this to myself. The moment I walked into the gas station every employee there went into action. They took me to the bathroom to flush my face, they provided emotional support, they convinced me that I needed to call 911, they told me, when I apologized for messing up their recently cleaned bathroom, that my health was more important. They treated me like I was part of their family and yet I was a complete stranger. Every person working there has a beautiful soul. Even the employees that were not present at the time of the incident, when my husband came to pick up my car, were incredibly concerned about my health and wanted to make sure I was all right. They made me feel safe when I felt all alone. They called my mom for me. They reinvigorated my belief in the goodness of humanity. There are no amount of stars I can give that would be enough. 10/10 would go again, but minus the self-imposed gasoline shower.

Tell the lady making the food this morning to get off the phone and do her job correctly and not half way, and maybe tell her to be nicer too or find someone else to do it, it’s the second time she does the same thing to me. What she’s doing if not building rockets, it’s literally getting food ready that’s all, and I was the only person that had order something at that time so she didn’t have more order to be worry about, it just suck because one person makes the entire business look bad.
