Best carwash experience in town by far. Aniyha and Carlos big ups fam! The membership is well worth it. I'm taking all the cars in the family here from now on out. 39 bucks for a wash and clear coat. Includes tire shine and FREE VACS!. GET YOUR CAR WASHED EVERYDAY IF YOU WANT. ONLY 39 BUCKS A MONTH! The wash itself is decent. The employees are passive aggressive, especially if you decline tire shine. As I was driving into a vacuum bay, I was approached by a man (over 45) asking if I purchased tire shine and I of course said, I did not. His smile turned into a frown and he proceeded to wipe my mirror with his dirty grease towel. The trash cans are full and I had to find an empty one to dump my trash in. I was stared at by employees and did not felt welcomed. After using Flagship Express by Wawa (white plains), I prefer driving up there for a better experience.

Got car washed today. One particular young man stood out. His demeanor and politeness was very refreshing. You dont find that alot these days. I think his name was Kyle. And you can tell he pays attention to details. My tires looked amazing. Great job young man!!!!

I really enjoy coming to this location although I stay almost 30mins away it’s worth the drive, I’ve been here about 10 times always a very pleasant experience. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Especially the crew & managers really go over and beyond to ensure my experience here was amazing! Thank you guys for your level of professionalism!

Always leaves my cars shining. Hands down the only option to go to when you would like great hospitality and customer relations when getting your car washed. The environment is clean, the equipment always works, the employees treat you like family. Definitely a must go to for a car wash. I take both of my vehicles and I'm never disappointed. The LaPlata Splash In is the best yet they always find a way to make themselves better and more convenient for the customer.

Been going for a few months after I ditched another car wash company in Waldorf. I was hesitant because I was used to a full service and I wasn’t keen on me doing any labor, haha. I have been impressed. Nico, Kyle, Zay, and two girls who names escape me at the moment, always greet me, take care of my car and are a vibe. Would recommend!

Loved the service. The tunnel wash was quick, convenient, and made my car shine. Kelvin will take care of you and make sure you have an awesome experience, and Xavier did a phenomenal job with the tire shine. I highly recommend this service and they have great membership club options as well.

Amazing experience this last trip! They took the time to walk all the way around my car before I went through the car wash and sprayed the passenger side down they also kept coming and checking in with me as I was taking extra time cleaning out the inside of my car asking if I needed anything. I was there for close to an hour cleaning out my car and never felt pressured or rushed to leave!

Want to majorly spotlight 2 experiences I had with “D”-Daryan (spelling apologies) from your La Plata Maryland locale and her exceptional customer service, splash in business operations model policies and practices. She helped me on 2 consecutive days either providing info and assistance deferring my membership service. She explained the process and helped me get the best option for my situation while ensuring I got the full benefits from my current automatic monthly payment. I suspended my service with the option of reactivating it later, as needed. Bottom line she is a true professional and consummate professional who takes great pride in providing service and product delivery excellence to every Splash In patron. Your location and organization are extremely fortunate to have her talent, skills and capabilities on your team and your management needs to make sure to keep her gifts on rolls as well as, promote her people, communications and customer care skills as the model for client satisfaction and sustained future successes.
