3/3/26 The vehicle service and superb customer experience at this Firestone location are outstanding! My Service Advisor (Rick) greeted me when I arrived, and treated me with courtesy and respect. After I was given an estimated wait time, I was pleasantly surprised when my service was completed a full hour earlier than expected!! I highly recommend this Firestone location for all your vehicle maintenance needs !! ——— 7/18/25 Just had another great Firestone experience! My appointment was honored as scheduled, my problem was quickly diagnosed, and as always, I received excellent customer service!! ——— Terrific customer service!! Excellent Firestone Representative!! I recently had a less than acceptable experience with a different Firestone service center, but I wasn’t ready to give up on the company. As it turns out, my decision was the right one. Brian at the Firestone located at 2565 CRAIN HWY WALDORF, MD is providing the type of personalized care and treatment that used to be the norm. I watched him extend a friendly greeting to each customer as they entered, was able to hear how helpful and respectful he was when speaking with phone customers, and how patient and detailed he was with the associate he was training. Four days ago, I experienced a delay when my vehicle was being serviced. Brian explained the reason for the delay and because I had another vehicle in need of a diagnostic, he asked me to bring it in and he’d give me priority because of the inconvenience. Upon returning, my second vehicle was on the lift in less than 15 minutes of my unscheduled return. I recommend this location, you’ll feel like a valued customer.

Terrible company location I've ever experienced. There's no customer service standards, they treat it like a ghetto small shop, instead of a Firestone location with company standards. Received way better experience when Shawn was there servicing the vehicles.

Warning – Serious Trust and Security Issues I scheduled an appointment for an inspection and an oil change and dropped my vehicle off at 11:00 a.m. At 5:30 p.m., just before closing, I called to ask about the status of my vehicle and was informed for the first time that no work had been done because “there were a lot of cars.” If the appointment could not be honored, I should have been notified earlier so I could make other arrangements. Instead, I lost an entire day and incurred multiple Uber expenses unnecessarily. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I noticed it had been moved, even though no services were performed. No explanation was provided. After I got home, I discovered the store’s cordless phone on the floor of my car. I later noticed that my retractable rear cargo cover was missing, and I am now concerned that other items may also be missing. This experience raises serious concerns about scheduling practices, communication, and vehicle security while cars are in the shop’s possession. This occurred at 2565 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20601. I was there on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m.

This is my third attempt to get my alignment done at this location. I purchased the lifetime alignment plan and the first alignment was great no issues. The first time that I made my secondary appointment I waited almost 2 hours for my service to be completed and was told my vehicle still hasn’t been serviced. I rescheduled for a later date hoping for a better turn around. The next appt, I arrived on time again and was told it would be approx 2 1/2 hrs until my car would be serviced due to multiple cars ahead. So I rescheduled again for today, Jan 15th for 8am, the earliest appointment so that I can get in and out in a timely manner. I arrived on time again for my appointment today, and after waiting for the attendant to be ready, I checked in and waited. I was the only customer there, 2 more service techs arrived but my vehicle, still did not make it into the bay. 26 mins later after my car was checked in, I got the attention of the person who checked me in to asked when my car service would actually begin. I do not like the fact that I had to ask for the service to start. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful of customer’s time. The fact that I could visibly see that the techs were not doing anything but talking and laughing was very displeasing. Time = money and they have continuously wasted customer’s time, my time just dying to complete my alignment.

0/10 do not recommend this location, I would give 0 stars if I could.. Front Desk Representative Trenton and Mechanic lacks communication. Charged me for a wheel alignment that I did not receive due to “ mind not being here today” “ it’s been a long day”. Waited there 2 hours just for the mechanic to say he couldn’t do it but didn’t communicate that to the front desk. Then stated they couldn’t give me a refund and I would have to call cooperate to get one. Please seek elsewhere if you can because this place shouldn’t even be a last resort! They play with people’s time and MONEY, lack communication & are unprofessional.
