I visited dash in a lot almost every other day when starting/ completing my local runs so the customer service is amazing. Candie always greets me right away with a pleasant smile after I take my vehicle through the car wash. Candie suggest different types of car wash packages and gives me information on what can be added on for a perfect wash. I love to purchased the best package and sometimes I add my mats for deep cleaning. As a whole I notice how well the team take their time, not rushing through the service. They do a great job! I do want to also acknowledge Charles who works in the store very kind, helpful, and considerate whenever I come in for either lottery, gas or food he has great customer service frequently ask if I need any help Overall my experience at this dash in has been incredible.

Just got back from a long road trip and the car needed a bath badly. For $17 I got the deluxe wash and seven minutes of vacuuming. Mike the General Manager didn’t like the way the car came out and offered a free second wash with his employees pretreating trouble spots. When I went in to purchase additional vacuuming time he comped me on that as well. This kind of customer service isn’t a one off as my wife (whose car was much gnarlier than mine) received the same courtesy a few weeks ago We will be back again. Customer service like this is a rare gem.

This car wash is undoubtedly the best car wash in at least 5-10 mile radius. Let's start with customer service, it is absolutely the best customer service I have received at any car wash. Then comes the car wash itself. Once you're done washing you're welcome to vacuum and they try to wipe down the access water on your car. You still have to dry it and vacuum itself but overall best value for money. Highly recommended

Drivers beware! My truck was damaged inside this car wash when the vehicle ahead braked or failed to advance and staff did not stop the conveyor as they should have. Instead the belt pushed my vehicle into the one ahead, resulting in thousands of dollars in avoidable damage. Staff later acknowledged they should have stopped the belt when the car ahead was not moving. Despite this, the business refuses to take responsibility or assist, forcing me to go through insurance. They’ve also refused to provide video footage despite multiple requests. As a disabled driver with adaptive controls, this caused a significant hardship, including difficulty obtaining a loaner vehicle I could drive and significant cost. This business shows a serious lack of oversight and accountability. Beware!

Since reopening this fall, this Splash In location has been amazing at keeping our vehicles clean. I have an oversized truck and the 7 foot tall clearance is enough for it to go through. I’ve signed up both vehicles for monthly membership, knowing Milo and Derek and their staff will continue to provide excellent service and complete attention to detail in the future.

Exceptional service, great clean and solid value. By chance I tacked on a car wash while getting gas and was blown away by the quality and service provided by the Milo and the splash in team. The tunnel wash was clean and modern, I also didn't notice any scratches or water spots after. Vacuums were strong and the wait times are very short.

Their vacuums are limited in time and don’t have great suction. I also had some remnants of dirt or something on my window that didn’t get off in the carwash, and then when asked if they have a spray bottle with cleaning solution to get it off they said no. Won’t be coming back.

I had a great experience at splash in today. I walked in to see about getting an unlimited membership due to all the snow and salt on the roads. The manager himself Michael guided me through It, got me the membership at discounted rate and I got my first car wash. My truck looked great, smelled great and it's so shiny now!

Very nice drive thru car wash. Attendees were nice but didn't explain how the car wash works and their services. Car wash itself did an ok job. There was small areas where the car wash missed as any other drive thru car wash. At the end, I drove into the detail station. I asked one of the Attendees may I use the towels that were on the cart and he said sure. Then he said that we can dry the car off and vacuum for not extra charge. I welcome that and got back in my car while they dried my car off. Very nice experience. I guess one has to say " this is my 1st time here and please explain how the service works."

I went to Splash Car Wash in Ellicott City, Maryland last weekend for a quick wash, and I was really impressed. All the staff members were very friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. The service was fast and pleasant from start to finish. I do wish they offered more detailing services, as it would be great to have more options for a thorough inside-and-out clean. Hopefully, they expand their services in the future. Overall, I totally recommend Splash Car Wash. I’d definitely return if I’m ever in the area and need a quick, reliable car wash.
