A friend recommended Splashes in White Rock to me. When a dump truck flipped a rock through my window, I saw that I could get my windshield replaced and a detail at the same time. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The shop did a stellar job and delivered my car earlier than promised. The best part about my detailing is that my car did not have any disgusting chemical smell after. Happy customer, will be back.

Huge thanks to Splashes Auto Care for taking great care of us. We had three vehicles transported from Saskatchewan to BC that arrived very dirty and with some transport-related damage. Special shoutout to Jeff, who handled everything from start to finish. Since I’m in SK and couldn’t see the vehicles in person, his communication and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. Jeff and his team do an outstanding job. I had my 25 Maverick Lariat in for PPF and Ceramic Coating. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, a week later, a rock damaged my windshield. I brought my Maverick in immediately and Jeff was able to address the issue while I waited. Super customer service!

Splashes did an amazing job on my Jeep! Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish as well - THANK YOU! I highly recommend them. I unfortunately did not get PPF when I first got my car, which I definitely regret. I do a lot of off-roading on BC’s narrow trails and the infamous “BC pin stripes” are unavoidable. Splashes did a paint correction, PPF and ceramic coating to top it all off. Results both in bright sunlight can be found below. Super happy and impressed with the outcome.

I brought my parents’ car to Splash Auto Glass today. The service is consistently fantastic! While waiting for my turn, I met Nolan, who was incredibly kind. My truck was full, and I asked if I needed to empty it. He said yes, but offered to help, and even though there were a lot of things, he handled it with such patience and politeness. He’s young, but his manners and attitude are excellent you can tell his mom raised him well! The ladies at the front desk are just as wonderful. professional, warm, and helpful. Everything about this place is top-notch, from the service to the coffee, and even the Christmas movie playing while I waited was a sweet touch 🌲. Thank you so much to everyone at Splash Auto Glass! You do make every visit a pleasure!

Staff was amazing! Shout out to Gabby and Tia! I called in to get my windshield replaced from a rock chip that turned into a bigger crack. They got me in the next morning, gave me a ride to work, picked me up at lunch to get my car back and overall the experience was so great and fast!! Also loved coming back to a clean car. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Splashes! Jeff is always super kind and really helpful and friendly. Andy knows his stuff and is meticulous AF with detailing. You can tell they both care a lot, and work hard. Splashes has taken great care of 3 of our vehicles so far (including a really dirty pickup truck) and we are beyond impressed. They also fixed chips in my windshield and did an excellent job. I love the little tote bag with swag, and the shine on our vehicles. The front staff is really nice and the whole team works for your business and makes you feel heard and valued. Highly recommend! Will be coming back, can't wait. ❤️

Don’t waste your money! They kept my car for two hours and did absolutely nothing right. My Tesla went in with 55% charge, came out with 21%, full of trash and stains on seats and windows! They didn’t even wipe a single thing. I paid $89 and got nothing. Absolutely terrible! The photos I’m sharing were all taken after they delivered the car. This is how they handed it back. Don’t think these photos are from before the carwash . I took these photos when the car was handed back to me, for you to see. It’s unclear what they do with your car in the back. You see part of it on the monitor, but after that, you have no idea what happens. Also, this was the $85 package, not a $20 or $30 package!!! They charged me $85, plus $4 tax, so around $89, Add $5 for car charging, and the total is around $94. Just this amount alone is direct loss from the carwash! On top of that, you lose hours of your day and commute money. Think for yourself! how much do you actually lose going to this carwash? unfortunately , I had to give one star to continue writing this review. They don’t deserve any stars. Even this one star is too much. Never bring your car here!

My cars last detailing was, well over four years ago. The interior has got messy over time and having a baby made things even messier. I also picked up the bad habit of eating in the car during commute. The cloth seats were looking dull and no amount of vacuuming at home helped. I am so glad I took my car there. I dropped it off at 9 am and it was done by 4 pm. Exceptional work and car looks brand new. Just to give an example of how thorough the cleaning was - I had stowed away the privacy screen of the hatchback under the cover. They even cleaned it and installed it back. I didn't expect them to go that lengths and it wasnt just a basic wet vacuum job. Definitely plan to take my car there every year. We really are enjoying our car again and it totally feels like the day it came from the showroom.

I Highly Recommend getting your vehicle windshield replaced here! A year ago, I had my jeep Wrangler window done here and a few days ago had My wife’s 2024 Atlas R-Line windshield replaced here. They got it done quickly and efficiently and most importantly no problems. The Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to answer all my questions, they returned my car cleaned and provided me a shuttle service while my work was being completed. Thank you Jeff and your crew for such great service in a day and age where it seems non-existent. 👍

I have been going to Splashes for awhile now and they always out-do themselves! I appreciate how organized they are. Not only have I done insurance claims for my windshield but a plethora of car details of various ranges- I am always impressed. They are trustworthy and skilled at what they do.
