Need an oil change and a rotation tried the tire store down the street. They told me four hour wait they got me in and out and a little over an hour. Let me know about an open recall. I was very happy

very strange and dangerous service, almost every time I come just to change the lubricants, I have some kind of problem, how do they manage to screw the cap, then they pour the oil, then they do not fasten the brake pads, my advice is that they need to be more responsible or to their work, the guys are happy, they do a good job, well, I have to lend them responsibility, for now, I can only say this, I put one star, but I hope you will fix it, and if you already have a service here with them, it is better to have them bonus system to save money on their mistakes! ;))))

My car was in the shop during a power outage and they couldn’t get it off the lift. Not their fault. I showed up after hours and the guys set me up with a loaner right away. The manager stuck around until I was taken care of. I’ve always had very good service with these guys.

I had a service. All went fine. But when I got home I realized I had a passenger front floor mat missing. I have been trying to call a number that was given to me but it’s now not in use. Can I have my floor mat back please, Stamford Ford? This is their response to my post. Hello Mr. Clarke, Thank you for binging this to our attention.
