Gene is the wizard of motors. Keeps our mowers, blowers, weed eaters, snowblower and generator serviced and at the ready. Wouldn't go anywhere else but here.

Make sure to call them regularly about your vehicle while they have it. One of the guys replaced a very expensive part without asking me about it first. They were nice about working it out but it was a very unpleasant experience.

Mike and his brother Gene have always taken care of our family vehicles, i run a boatyard in Greenwich and send my own customers there when they are met with an automotive challenge from cars to trailers to small equipment, its good to have somebody that you can recommend and trust these days that will handle quick repairs for my family and friends and i hear great reports from their work, they have handled everything i have sent them with professionalism and cost effective services, when it comes to my kids driving my vehicles i feel safe knowing Mike and Gene and their own family's repairing my vehicles, they have been there for me time and time again!!! 5 Star guys *****

I dropped my car off at Woodway service because it had a slow leak in my tire. I filled it up twice in order to get it there without damage to the tire or rim. Woodway said they would try to plug the tire if they had a mechanic, if that was not possible they would at least put on the spare. I gave them my contacts (cell/ work) and they said they would call me after the job was complete. They close at 3pm on Saturdays. I called them many times when the clock was nearing 3pm and no on would pick up the phone. After being strung along I took matters into my own hands and walked down there to find my car in the lot. To my surprise the car was still there and now the tire was completely flat. After working all day I had to go to the service station and fix my own vehicle. Terrible service, communication, and one of the laziest and inefficient service stations I have ever been to. Left me stranded. Never ever bring your car here unless you like walking home. I wish I could leave 0 stars but I guess that isn’t an option. Thanks for nothing

My car sat there for two days. I know this because I drove by a few times and saw it buried in a corner with mowers in front of it. I had to keep calling them to check on the vehicle and was told they found nothing wrong. They said all the lights on the dash were off (I brought it in with many lights on) in the end I said I was picking up the car. When I got in all the lights were still on and car was still driving terribly. Waste of two days without a car and could have gone somewhere else and had it fixed. Now I have to book it into another garage and wait even longer. Not sure what happened. They used to be excellent but after this experience would not recommend!
