Amazing people working in Copy & print. Friendly, professional and (more important..to me), knowledgeable. Whatever issues I might have are immediately addressed and corrected. I've been using this store for over 15 years and I have gone through more store managers and assistants than I can count, along with a fair share of C&P associates, but they always seem to get replaced with people who are as good or better. I'm a professional photographer and get much of my large format printing work done here. I couldn't be happier.

Had a great experience with their printing department. They slipped up on an order, and offered me a full refund even though they fixed the issue promptly. The staff were all very friendly and full of smiles. I don't expect outstanding customer service from large chain stores, but Staples delivered!

My most recent visit- A gentleman that works there showed me directly to two items I was looking for, after asking me if I needed any assistance. The female cashier was polite, and helpful. She easily did a price match for me, hassle free and quickly. Also, she pointed out a survey giveaway opportunity on the receipt. The store is always clean, with neat displays, decent prices, large stock, and unique office and school supply finds. I've gone every week since Back To School sales have started and have no complaints, so far, except maybe they should have a larger stock of low priced sale items or quicker restock availability so more people can take advantage of the sale price.

I had such a great experience at the printing center. Thank you Jake for going above and beyond! I was having trouble with the self-service printing for a last minute project and he recognized that, offered to help, was patient while I sent 20+ emails to him, then he organized everything to be in the right order, with a smile on his face! It was a lot and I really appreciated the help!

One of the best customer experiences I've had. Jade the cashier was courteous and asked if we had the app to save some money on our purchase. She took the initiative and asked if she could set up the app and got every coupon she could to save as much as possible, and she did it in the nicest manner with a smile. I waited patiently at the printing desk, hoping one of the two employees would quit ignoring me and advise how to get an Amazon return processed. I finally found help at the service desk, where the nice young lady said the returns were now processed at that desk. I'll be buying my printer ink and supplies elsewhere now. Wouldn't want to inconvenience the staff again here.

Don't bother going to staples in fairhaven.. I walked in to look for ribbon for my register and the employee at the service desk, said if you dont see we dont have it talk about where's customer service.. People wonder why stores are closing because we have lazy people who dont like to help awful service

I absolutely hate bringing my returns here. The last few times I've been there, the people have just been miserable and rude. Now they changed it so you can't get out the doors right next to the Amazon return. And I have mobility issues so I have to go all the way around every single register to get out and there are carriages and displays everywhere that made it very difficult for me to maneuver to the exit. They just don't care. They used to be very friendly but I think when they started doing Amazon they changed.
